With a long stare at Wang Renshu, Gu Yuxuan didn't answer him and just walked away. After all, he had no reason to give him an answer.
Gu Yuxuan's driver waited downstairs and opened the door for him. Driving to the police station, they arrived after a short ride.
The police station was bustling and Gu Yuxuan went straight in. He walked down the jail cells and stopped where Zimo sat behind the bars. His head was resting in his hands, with his elbows on his knees.
Gu Yuxuan's jaw tightened, seeing Zimo sitting in this cold place. He remained silently staring at him. A moment of struggling to get a single word out, passed over a whole minute.
When Zimo finally lifted his head, deep in his thoughts and definitely not expecting that he might get a seizure in jail – but with a silent figure there – he jerked back and grabbed his chest. Loudly breathing, he widened his eyes at Gu Yuxuan who was just standing there.
"Gu Yuxuan", he said out of breath. "Why?"
