After I had my fill, Cuau went to wash the dishes, and I went up the stairs to check on the man we found in the caverns. Ocello and Uchel came with me.
"He hasn't woken up yet?" Uchel asked.
"I don't think so. He was in pretty bad shape when we found him." Ocello opened the door. They had put him in one of the empty beds.
"We should try to get some water in him. He is likely dehydrated from being stuck in that cavern." I sent Uchel to get water. Later I would make some broth.
I could see the rise and fall of the man's chest. They had cleaned him up from the filth he had been stuck in. Reaching out to his hand, I channeled healing energy into his body.
His body was hot to the touch. He must have a fever. Uchel came back with the water and he lifted him up so he could drink.
"Ocello, can you get a basin of water and some cloth? We need to try and bring his fever down." I wondered if there was a doctor somewhere in the village.
