"Go to hell!"
Silas shouted at the demon demigod, the "Demon" Noss.
"Profane Words"!
Profane Words itself was one of the abilities of Beyonders on the Demon pathway, the language of demons.
But the True Creator wielded authority over the domain of depravity and could use it as well.
When Silas advanced to Listener, he had received this as a blessing from Him.
So when Noss first heard this voice, he felt disdain.
Using the demon's "profane words" to deal with a demon?
Was this a joke?
But he soon couldn't laugh anymore.
In the voice echoing in Noss's ears, besides the instinctive language of demonic spirituality, there were some other impurities.
Those were ravings impossible to describe in words, as if they were the roars of the utterly mad in frenzied dreams, or like the filthiest, most twisted primal emotions from the deepest depths of everyone's heart!
If it were an ordinary Beyonder, they wouldn't be able to detect these subtle differences at all and would only be affected by the overall impact of these profane words.
But Noss happened to be a demigod of the Demon pathway and basically ignored the profane words themselves, so those [impurities] within became even more prominent, entering his ears incomparably clearly and vividly, echoing in his mind!
"Ahhh!"
Noss let out a pained cry.
The door that had been taking form suddenly collapsed, scattering into points of light, attracting the attention of the "Singer of God" above.
"He's trying to escape!"
Silas finally had a chance to breathe. He shouted directly.
He was giving the Singer of God a reminder.
After all, compared to what he had done, the demon demigod had attempted to assassinate a duke.
This duke believed in the Storm Church and was a powerful supporter of theirs in Backlund. Between the lesser and greater priorities, didn't the Singer of God have a sense of judgment?
"Hmph."
The "Singer of God" Ace Snake, wearing a soft cap, swept Silas with a cold gaze.
He had originally wanted to subdue the [Blood Reverend] first, then deal with that "Demon."
But Silas was even harder to handle than he'd expected, not something he could resolve in one or two moves.
The "Shepherd" on this side wasn't under control, while the "Demon" on that side was about to take the opportunity to escape.
For a moment, the "Singer of God" was somewhat troubled.
Silas's words were very clear in meaning: he only wanted to leave and didn't plan to take the opportunity to attack him instead.
After brief deliberation, Ace Snake looked deeply at Silas, then turned to drive the fierce wind around him, pursuing the demon Noss who was trying to flee.
And the demon Noss had already recovered from the mental shock and saw the "Singer of God" pursuing him.
"Whoosh!"
Pitch-black membrane wings formed on his back and rapidly beat the air, carrying his body off the ground.
He ascended at an astonishing speed, bursting out of the café building and flying toward the distant sky.
"Crack!"
Silvery-white lightning crashed down from the sky.
Storms gathered around him. The "Singer of God" was interfering with him, not letting him easily escape.
And Noss frequently counterattacked, releasing deep blue fireballs from time to time or affecting him with intense desires.
The two gradually moved away.
Silas watched the departing Noss coldly and took out a small bottle from his coat.
The bottle contained Kons's blood.
That night at the factory, to ensure Kons wouldn't leak his secrets, Silas had kept a vial of his blood.
Now, this vial of blood was serving a purpose in another way.
After dragging him into this, did he think nothing would happen?
He was going to curse that demon!
Although the curse definitely couldn't kill him, at least it could affect him and make him suffer more.
"Just you wait..."
Silas said in a low voice, drawing out his silver dagger and muttering under his breath.
Then, he directly took the dagger and began carving on the ground.
Silver was relatively soft, but after being infused with spirituality, carving some simple patterns was no problem.
He quickly outlined a small figure with very simple lines, then poured that vial of fresh blood inside the figure pattern.
Invisible force caused the blood to spread evenly within the pattern without leaking out at all.
As if it were an illusion, the blood-colored figure moved slightly, seeming to become a living thing.
"Kons Lierson, can you hear me?"
Silas spoke to the small figure.
The blood on the figure's surface trembled slightly.
"I won't waste words. Listen, I'm going to use your blood to curse the bastard who's taken your body."
Silas spoke concisely and rapidly. "If the curse succeeds, you definitely won't be able to survive."
The blood on the figure's surface calmed for a moment, then began trembling violently, as if venting some intense emotion.
"Is that so? Very good."
A cold smile appeared on Silas's face.
"Since you're willing to cooperate, the curse will definitely be more effective. Let's work together to make that bastard suffer."
"I've taken note of your rage and pain."
With that, he stopped wasting words and directly gripped the silver dagger with both hands, pointing the blade downward.
The last time he cursed someone like this, he could still borrow the divine power of the True Creator.
But now that he had broken with that evil god, he could only rely on his own spirituality to perform a flesh-and-blood level curse.
"Go to hell."
Silas said viciously, then fiercely stabbed the dagger downward.
"Thud!"
The dagger sank into the ground, making a sound as if it had pierced human flesh.
In the sky ahead, the demon Noss, who had been flying at high speed, suddenly froze.
Immediately after, blood burst forth from his entire body, as if exploding into a filthy firework of flesh and blood!
But soon, the demon Noss wobbled and floated up again, as if shedding a layer of clothing, casting off a bloody shell.
For a demigod, Silas's curse wasn't enough.
"Sorry, Kons..."
Silas said with regret.
Under his dagger, the small figure stopped moving, all the blood seeping down through the pierced hole.
"Crack!"
But soon, a dazzling bolt of lightning caught up with Noss.
Because of his unnecessary movement just now, this lightning struck him squarely, and his body immediately showed scorched blackness!
"Mm..."
In the nearby café, the pregnant woman suddenly clutched her stomach, her expression changing slightly.
She felt that the child in her womb seemed to have moved slightly.
Then Silas saw that fragments slightly broken off from the demon Noss's body as it was struck, and among them, a paper slip filled with spirituality floated downward.
The demon Noss suddenly stopped, reaching out violently to grab that paper slip, but a gust of wind suddenly blew over, causing him to miss by exactly the right amount.
At the same time, the Singer of God behind him immediately caught up, leaving him no time to adjust his direction.
He could only glance at Silas who had cursed him, then beat his wings and leave.
Even across the great distance, Silas seemed able to feel the hatred in that gaze.
What on earth was that thing that made that demigod care so much?
The two demigods quickly left.
With curiosity, Silas rapidly reached the scene and picked up that paper slip from the ground.
It turned out to be a tarot card.
On it were written two words:
"Abyss."
