Chapter 33 - [33]: Photography Specialization

Coser of various characters were striking all sorts of poses at the Anime Convention.

Although he was at the Anime Convention, Akira didn't recognize many of the characters.

Even with the original owner's memories, he was inherently a reclusive and hardworking type, so he didn't have many memories of watching anime.

If such a reclusive person were a hidden otaku, he would truly be beyond saving.

However, after Akira arrived, there wasn't much left to discuss.

Akira gently adjusted his camera, its large lens reflecting a deep glow under the sunlight.

"There are so many people over there!" Akira exclaimed.

"It seems to be a popular Isekai anime character this year, whose main characteristic is sexiness," Sajuna explained, making the assessment expressionlessly.

"Does Sajuna like her?"

"No, I don't like her. The character's only remaining characteristic is sexiness."

"That's true. Sajuna likes characters like Magical Girls."

"No, that's not it," Sajuna tried to argue, as if afraid Akira had misunderstood.

But Akira gently patted Sajuna's head, interrupting her reply.

"I know what Sajuna means. Sajuna likes the resilience and effort of Magical Girls, who never give up even when facing difficulties. The cute appearance of a Magical Girl is only part of it."

"Mm."

Sajuna's cheeks were red, a little surprised by Akira's understanding.

"There are also cosers wearing JK uniforms!" Akira exclaimed. "It's a pity there aren't any bunny girl cosplays."

"Bunny girl?"

"Yeah, bunny girls are both sexy and tall, super cute, right!" Akira praised. "It feels like a very tempting outfit."

Sajuna gently stepped on Akira's foot.

It felt a bit like Mai Sakurajima.

"Don't say another word."

"Okay."

"It's my first time here, Sajuna," Akira said, looking at the camera in his hand with a worried expression.

He didn't seem to have any photography experience, nor did he know the rules for taking photos at an Anime Convention.

However, he had heard that some photographers would send photos back to the coser after taking them.

A photographer like him, with a professional camera, didn't have such thoughts; he just wanted to practice his photography skills.

He picked up the camera and casually took a few photos of the sea of people at the Anime Convention; the composition was chaotic, and the background blur wasn't very reasonable.

『Photography Lv2: 55/100』

『Beginner: Excellent aesthetic taste is a great shortcut to taking good photos.』

How is this a shortcut!

Aesthetic taste is much harder than taking good-looking photos, alright.

Anything related to one's own qualities and abilities is much harder than something hands-on like photography.

After all, if photos don't look good now, you can use beauty filters, special effects, and finally, there's post-processing to fall back on, which is much simpler than aesthetic taste.

He silently grumbled in his heart, then turned to look at Sajuna, who was accompanying him.

He felt a little regretful for bringing Sajuna here.

He had impulsively decided to come to the Anime Convention just to find out the progress of Marin and Wakana's relationship.

But Sajuna seemed a bit constrained here.

"Sajuna, do you want to take pictures?"

"Eh?" Her eyes above the mask showed surprise.

"I don't know what to do either. I'm really sorry, Sajuna."

Sajuna didn't take the camera Akira offered; instead, she pulled Akira to a Magical Girl cosplay booth.

"Let's take this one."

Akira looked at the coser nearby, who was cosplaying Nurse Vanessa. That outfit, which closely resembled a white blood cell, made people involuntarily swallow their saliva.

Sajuna... she shouldn't be trying to avoid that kind of cosplay, right?

Seeing Akira's glance, Sajuna's face reddened slightly.

Actually, she did have that intention. After all, she had a good understanding of her own figure.

If Aki-Kun liked that type of girl, she would indeed get a headache, so she might as well pull him away.

Queueing, adjusting the camera, shooting.

Numerous cosers, colorful outfits, bizarre and imaginative stories.

And the experience points rapidly increased with each shot.

Akira picked up his camera and took a candid shot of Sajuna looking around.

『Photography Lv3: 20/100』

『Getting Started: The desire to take beautiful photos of the person you like is also a continuous motivation.』

"Aki-Kun."

Sajuna heard the click of the camera and turned her head.

"Isn't this a bit better than before?"

Akira handed over the camera. In the photo, Sajuna was looking into the distance, her side profile wearing a mask, but her eyes were captured very clearly, even showing a slight reflection, giving a sense of emotion.

In the blurred background, the messy figures made her silhouette stand out even more, making her, already in a white dress, appear even more ethereal and independent.

"She looks so elegant," Sajuna said in surprise. "Aki-Kun is amazing."

"It's all because Sajuna is cute."

"Why haven't we seen Wakana and them?" Akira asked, looking around. Although he wasn't actively searching, it was strange not to have seen them after taking photos for so long.

"They should be in the plaza upstairs," Sajuna said, thinking, pointing her hand to the right front. "After all, there will be more photographers there."

"That's true."

Akira then remembered that Wakana and Marin had indeed gone to the second floor.

After all, there were too many female cosers at the Anime Convention downstairs, and Wakana would clearly be shy in such a place.

However, Sajuna didn't seem jealous because of the many female cosers here.

Akira gently took Sajuna's hand.

"What's wrong?" Sajuna asked, looking up.

"Sajuna is so good."

"I just answered a question."

"But it just so happened to solve my confusion."

Akira tightly held Sajuna's hand and led her slowly up to the rooftop.

There were fewer people on the rooftop than at the Anime Convention downstairs, making it feel very spacious and allowing for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Upon arriving, Akira immediately spotted Wakana, who was sitting alone by the greenery.

He was wearing a dark blue Japanese work uniform, with a khaki backpack slung over his back, looking a bit reserved.

"He's there," Akira pointed to where Wakana was. "Wakana."

Then he turned his head and found Marin, who was being photographed not far away.

Her luxurious Shizuku-tan maid outfit looked a bit stuffy in this weather, but her face was full of smiles, as if she didn't feel the hot air around her.

"Marin."

Sajuna turned her head to look, her expression changing slightly.

"That woman is here too."
