Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 Alien Hacker

Inside Wayne Manor, Gotham.

The Master and his wife were enjoying a warm moment after dinner.

February 18th wasn't a special holiday, but the thought of their child's impending birth brought an inexplicable mix of excitement and nervousness.

The gentle-looking woman sat on the sofa, stroking her abdomen, her expression somewhat anxious: "Thomas... I feel like I'm not ready yet."

The Master gently kissed his wife's forehead, comforting her: "It's alright, Martha, I'll be by your side."

After speaking, he also raised his hand, intending to touch his wife's belly, but found his own hand trembling slightly.

One should know, he used to be a surgeon; no matter what, his hand shouldn't be shaking like this now.

Although he knew the child was in good condition and his wife's body had no problems, this was, after all, his first time becoming a father.

Yes, he was very nervous.

Perhaps sensing her husband's nervousness, Martha Wayne decided to change the subject: "What do you plan to name our child?"

Thomas considered this, then seriously replied: "If it's a boy, I plan to name him Bruce Wayne; if it's a girl, she can be called Brucey Wayne."

"Heh heh, that's a nice name..."

Just as she said this, and the atmosphere was harmonious, a loud crash of something heavy hitting the ground suddenly came from outside the window, startling Martha.

From the loudness of the sound, it could be felt that the object making the noise was not too far away.

One must know, they lived in Gotham, the most chaotic city in the United States, where shootings or bombings occurred every day.

Here, robbery was commonplace, and bank vaults were considered refresh points for funds; even though the Wayne Family had strived for so many generations, chaos remained the main theme of this city.

So, suddenly hearing a loud noise near their home was not good news.

A well-mannered butler in a tuxedo, unhurriedly, first knocked on the door, and only after receiving Thomas's permission did he walk in with his head held high.

"Master Thomas, something has crashed into our Manor. I believe it should be up to you to decide how we deal with this 'visitor from beyond'."

"Visitor from beyond?" Thomas frowned upon hearing this, soothed his somewhat nervous wife, then put on his coat and followed his butler, Alfred, out of the mansion.

Walking directly into the garden, the two quickly discovered a large crater still smoldering with Fire.

Although the two were Master and servant, they had experienced some adventures together in their youth and could be called old friends; their tacit understanding needed no further explanation.

They exchanged glances, then cautiously peeked their heads into the center of the crater.

At the center of this deep pit was a metal sphere, its surface glowing faintly red, but it was clear that the sphere was rapidly dissipating the heat generated by air friction on its surface.

Originally, Alfred intended to first contact the professional research team from the Wayne Group for help.

After all, a metal sphere falling from the sky might carry some unknown virus.

However, just as he pulled out his phone, Thomas Wayne, without a moment's notice, slipped directly into the pit.

"Master Thomas!"

"I'm fine!"

After reassuring his somewhat anxious old friend, Thomas Wayne looked at the metal sphere not far in front of him.

The metal sphere was not large, about the size of a supermarket shopping cart.

And in the pit, the perspective was different from outside the pit. Thomas Wayne discovered that the bottom of this sphere had a unique marking.

It was a purple symbol, like an hourglass.

Thomas frowned, just about to observe it closely, when, without warning, the surface of the metal sphere emitted a large amount of steam.

Immediately following, a purple light flared up, making Thomas involuntarily close his eyes.

After being forcibly hit with a flashbang, Thomas rubbed his eyes, then cautiously reopened them.

By this time, his worried old butler had already brought a ladder from the Manor and set it down: "Sir, no matter what is below, please come up!"

"No, wait a moment."

As the smoke cleared, Thomas cautiously approached the sphere.

The light had dissipated, and the smoke gradually vanished. Thomas could see that the sphere had opened like a hatch, revealing its contents completely.

Alfred, genuinely worried, climbed down the ladder and couldn't help but be stunned when he looked at the sphere.

The two old gentlemen had imagined what might be inside the sphere before.

Whether it was high-tech equipment or an alien, they had anticipated both.

But what they hadn't expected was... the very center of the sphere was like a high-tech crib.

In the center of the bed was a small girl, who looked like she had just been born, probably a human.

She had sparse red hair and a pair of bright green eyes.

What was truly surprising was that this little girl wore a watch on her left wrist.

The girl, as if just waking up, looked at the two men with confusion in her eyes.

"Master..." Alfred looked worriedly at Thomas Wayne, who had already picked up the little girl, "This child's origin is unknown. How about I send her to an orphanage in Gotham later?"

Although Thomas Wayne held the child with some pity, considering Martha's situation, he was prepared to agree.

However, after hearing the words "Gotham," the baby in his arms, who had been somewhat drowsy, became fully awake.

Under the astonished gaze of the two men, she showed a terrified expression, shaking her head frantically at them.

It was as if if Thomas dared to send her to an orphanage in Gotham, the child would rather smash her head against a pillar and kill herself.

In the end, Thomas couldn't bring himself to agree to Alfred's suggestion.

But just then, a maid anxiously shouted from the edge of the large pit: "Master Thomas! Mr. Alfred! Mrs. Martha is in labor!"

Upon hearing this, the two no longer cared about anything else. Thomas handed the child in his arms to Alfred and quickly climbed up the ladder.

"I believe Master, you intend for this child to help me out, after all, she is younger than I am." Alfred, complaining helplessly about his Master, steadily climbed out of the pit, holding the ladder with one hand.

The two hurried to the front of the Villa, where a luxurious vintage car was already parked at the entrance. Martha, now breaking out in a cold sweat and with a pale face, was being helped down.

Without a word, the loyal old butler brought his two Masters to the hospital.
