Chapter 394 - Chapter 392 Such A Pretty Little Girl

"Little Amy looks good in anything, but today I think you can wear that little purple princess dress. As for your hair, I can tie it into your favorite double ponytails." Mai Ge looked at Amy and shook his head with a smile. "But we can eat soon. After we eat, we need to tell Jessica and Teacher Luna about the party, so you can dance 'Spring Is Here' after we get back. Actually, you've already danced it very well."

"Okay, okay, I'll listen to Daddy. Besides, Sister Mia and Sister Aisha will definitely be here when we get back, so I can dance with them!" Amy's eyes lit up, and she nodded.

"Yes, let's rehearse one last time when they come." Mai Ge nodded with a smile. It seemed the little one really valued this dance performance.

He helped the little one change into a purple princess dress and tied her hair into two cute ponytails. After they had breakfast, Mai Ge pushed his bicycle out the door, taking Amy and the reluctant Ugly Duckling with him, and rode towards Chaos Academy.

The eye-catching bicycle attracted a lot of attention. Many people couldn't understand how such narrow little wheels could move forward steadily, as if some incredible force was propelling the bicycle.

Mai Ge has no plans to promote bicycles for the time being, and he feels pretty good about being the only one on the street with a bicycle. It's quite amusing to feel the envious glances from others.

The bicycle stopped at the entrance of Chaos Academy. Because it was a day off, there were almost no people in the academy. Occasionally, one or two teachers would come in and out, and there were a few children who came to the academy to play football with cloth balls.

"I'd like to go in and see Teacher Luna, is that alright?" Mai Ge parked his bicycle to the side and smiled at the old man and the orc guarding the gate. He had gotten to know these two quite well from taking Amy to and from school recently.

"Just a little while will do oh. We're going to invite Teacher Luna to the party, please!" Amy said sweetly, hugging the bewildered Ugly Duckling.

"Okay, but you need to come out quickly. The female teachers' dormitory is at the end of the passage on the right. However, men are not allowed to enter, so you can only wait downstairs." The old gatekeeper looked at Amy with a smile on his face, nodded and pointed in a direction.

"Okay, thank you." Mai Ge nodded and walked towards the school with Amy. They asked the dormitory supervisor to call Luna down from the female teachers' dormitory.

"Teacher Luna, we've come to invite you to our lunch gathering today. Do you have time?" Amy saw Luna coming downstairs and immediately rushed over happily, looking up at her expectantly and asking.

"A gathering?" Luna's face showed a hint of surprise and confusion. She gently touched Amy's hair and looked at Mai Ge.

"Miss Luna, it's like this, I'd like to host a small party for Amy and her friends at noon today. She decided who to invite, and Miss Luna was the first person she thought of. If you're free at noon, perhaps you could come to the restaurant for the party. There won't be many people, the children will be the main focus." Mai Ge said with a smile to Luna, who was wearing a gray cotton-linen long dress with the white silk ribbon still draped over her shoulders. He had a good impression of this kind-hearted girl.

"Oh, okay. It just so happens to be my day off today, and I don't have anything else to do." Luna looked at Amy's expectant gaze and Mai Ge's gentle expression, hesitated for a moment, and then nodded with a smile.

"Great! Then, Teacher Luna, you must come on time!" Amy was so happy she almost jumped for joy, looking at Luna earnestly.

"Mmm, I will." Luna nodded with a smile and looked at Mai Ge, saying, "Then I'll have to trouble Mr. Mai Ge to entertain us."

"As long as the children and guests are happy, that's all that matters." Mai Ge said with a smile. "Then we'll take our leave now. Little Amy has to go invite another child."

"Okay, see you at noon, Little Amy." Luna smiled and patted Amy's hair, then reached out and ruffled the head of the Ugly Duckling who was carsick and had no interest in anything. Her smile became even brighter.

"Goodbye, Teacher Luna." Amy waved and then took Mai Ge's hand and left.

"Mr. Mai Ge is such an interesting person." Luna watched the two figures, one tall and one short, walk slowly away, a smile appearing on her face. She didn't turn and go into her dormitory until they disappeared from sight.

"Daddy, Jessica will be so happy, won't she?" Amy asked expectantly, sitting on the back of the bicycle.

"Yes, little Jessica will definitely be happy to be invited by her friend, and besides, we even prepared a gift for her, didn't we?" Mai Ge said with a smile, glancing at the bag under the Ugly Duckling in the bicycle basket, inside which was a beige dress.

"Yes, thank you, Daddy. Jessica will definitely love that dress, she's always wanted a yellow dress." Amy nodded, her expression even happier.

"But Little Amy, do you remember where Jessica's house is? I'll need Little Amy to give me directions later." Mai Ge asked with a smile.

"Yes, yes, I've been there twice with Jessica. There are lots of houses built with black stone. There's also a black stone horse in front of Jessica's house. Jessica said her father made it for her. It's so cool to ride it." Amy said confidently.

"That's good. If Amy likes horses, then Daddy can buy you a real horse. Of course, a rocking horse is fine too." Mai Ge said with a smile.

"Really?" Amy's eyes lit up immediately, but after thinking about it for a while, she shook her head and said, "But a real horse is too big. If we raise one, the Ugly Duckling is so stupid, it will definitely be bullied. So I'd rather have a rocking horse."

"Okay, I'll make a fun rocking horse for Little Amy when we get back." Mai Ge replied with a smile. Although the little one bullied the Ugly Duckling everyday, but she actually cared about and looked after it quite a bit.

The bicycle carried the two of them along the wide stone-paved street. With a comfortable autumn breeze in their faces, Mai Ge relaxed as he looked at the scenery. On both sides of the street were Western-style buildings built of white stone, with various domed roofs standing tall, looking very luxurious.

The city center and southern part of the Chaos City were the most prosperous areas, while the northern part was where the common people and the poor lived.

...

"Valcke, please give me a little more time. I will definitely pay you back all the money. Please."

In front of a black stone house, a woman in her thirties looked pleadingly at a young man dressed in a gold outfit with a level two knight badge on his chest. Behind him stood six tall men, all looking at her with ill intent.

Jessica was shielded behind the woman, her bright black eyes filled with hatred as she looked at the man who had his feet on the back of the black stone horse, her small fists clenched.

"Even if I give you another year, you still won't be able to pay it back. How about this, you give me your daughter, and this debt will be wiped clean. I haven't had such a pretty little girl in a while." Valcke looked at Jessica, who was hiding behind the woman, with a lewd glint in his eyes.
