Chapter 4 - The pride of HIJIMA pt2

During the conversation, Junichi unexpectedly initiates an attack against Gin, he somehow manages to deflect it. And he said, "What are you looking at moron. Pay enough attention to the fight, and also well parry my boy."

He's incredibly fast; if I'm even a second late, I'll be finished before I can keep up. Although I am his student, he won't give me any leeway in this fight. I have to stand and fight alongside him, fully committed and ready to face whatever comes. I need to keep that in mind that I'm not just swinging a wooden sword here—this is a real "SATETSU" sword, forged from genuine materials. (Gin is talking to himself)

Here comes the second attack. Gin skillfully parried it with his sword, deflecting the strike just in time. As the fight intensified, swords continued to clash back and forth, each blow igniting sparks and spreading flames that engulfed the surroundings, creating a fiery spectacle of combat.

(I feel like Gin knows my attack in advance) Samurai fighting rule no.1, swords fight. Swords style, "single cutting slash."  Junichi lands an attack on Gin.

Swords style, "single cutting slash." Gin also lands the same attack.

No way, that's impossible. I didn't teach Gin this move. He was with me the entire time, so how could he have pulled off that attack? Is he copying my style? Could this be the HIJIMA power?

Why are you surprised? You told me that HIJIMA'S power is extremely terrifying. Isn't that, right? You're shrinking as if you've never encountered HIJIMA power before — it's unacceptable and downright embarrassing.

How dare you speak to your teacher like that? I never said I never fought a few HIJIMA before—I've fought four of them. Most of them are your relatives. And let me make this perfectly clear: I am your teacher, and I will remind you of that role with authority.

Wow, this man never loses his composure. He's always trying to act cool wherever he goes. It's really annoying. Hey old man, trying to be cool, huh? You said you've fought four of them, but tell me — how many times have you actually come out victorious?

I have won three times. But the fourth time simply did not happen. The person I was fighting then was no ordinary adversary; he had literally transformed into a monster. And yet, I still lost the battle.

What? He's turned into a monster. Who on earth could possibly believe this absurd, outrageous nonsense?

You don't really know about the world, do you? It's simple—you just haven't met any of them yet, have you? Listen, this world is full of monsters. Every one of them is hiding somewhere out there. You'll understand the truth once you explore the world thoroughly.

After the fight, I will explore the world thoroughly. And I hope to see a monster.

And now, the "Samurai Fighting Rule No. 2": Stone Magic.

Villagers said that Junichi wields fire-based powers or utilizes some form of pyrotechnic energy. With my HIJIMA power, can I copy his magic stone? I haven't tested it yet.

Stone magic, Fire style, flame stone. Blazing Flare Strike.

what a huge amount of stone scent in this attack? I need to dodge it.
