Chapter 2369 - Sword Soul

Sword Pavilion is considered the safest place, as there's almost no danger in seeking opportunities here (unless someone tries to kill you).

However, this safety comes at the cost of an extremely low probability. Many people come here, but the chance of obtaining the Divine Sword is minuscule.

Many come simply to experience it, without ever considering the possibility of obtaining the opportunity; they have no such aspirations whatsoever.

The large number of people coming doesn't guarantee the appearance of the Divine Sword. No matter how many people come, the probability of it not appearing is high, as it hasn't appeared in the previous dozen or so secret realms.

Yet, many still come, driven by a sense of nostalgia, not necessarily to obtain the Divine Sword.

It's not that no one wants it, but the extremely low probability forces many to approach the opportunities in Sword Pavilion with a calm attitude.

Qin Chuan didn't hold out much hope either. Besides, he didn't have a strong desire for the Divine Sword, as his Divine Sword Hammer was, to some extent, a Divine Sword.

However, it still needed improvement. Of course, obtaining the Divine Sword would be incredibly exciting; a divine weapon is far more precious than a supreme treasure.

The importance of weapons to martial artists is self-evident. Weapons can double, even multiply, a martial artist's combat power several times over, or even dozens of times. A suitable divine weapon is invaluable.

It's often said that cultivation is a martial artist's second life, but that's not entirely true. The second life is actually the weapon, although for some, their weapon is their own hands and feet.

Most people are stronger when they have a weapon, but some don't cultivate weapon-using martial arts techniques.

The Sword Pavilion is vast; the building itself resembles a giant divine sword soaring into the sky.

Entering, one can feel a faint, sharp sword aura, but this aura is pure and righteous, sharp yet not unpleasant.

Qin Chuan carefully sensed this aura, not thinking about anything, simply enjoying it.

Hmm?

Qin Chuan noticed that the Forging God Sword Hammer was emitting a slight resonance. Although very subtle, the resonance was clear, startling Qin Chuan.

Is this a good thing?

Qin Chuan felt it should be considered one. He hadn't had any expectations for this place, not even for some kind of divine sword. After all, his Forging God Sword Hammer was already a divine artifact, a divine sword in itself, so he wasn't particularly interested in this fictitious divine sword.

But the feeling was still exciting. Regardless of its usefulness, it was still a divine sword, a happy thing nonetheless.

Feeling the flow of air, the clear aura gathering into a totem spreading through the air was a strange sensation.

Qin Chuan closed his eyes, carefully sensing it. He didn't believe these sensations were baseless; there must be a purpose behind them.

He hadn't yet grasped that purpose, but with this strange feeling, he could gradually explore and move forward.

It was as if a magical cableway had opened for him, allowing him to slowly advance, but what he would encounter was unknown.

A divine sword?

Qin Chuan shook his head. No, no, he wasn't sure. It was uncertain whether this Sword Pavilion even possessed a divine sword, and even if it did, it certainly wouldn't be easy to obtain.

Hmm?

Was it a sword spirit?

Qin Chuan's eyes lit up, because in this miraculous sensation, he actually sensed a sword spirit.

A sword spirit—that was a treasure! Qin Chuan couldn't help but get excited.
