"Your Majesty, all of the preparations are done. We are ready for a human test."
Marcus nodded as he looked at the hologram screen. He got volunteers who are ready to enter another world via the portal.
"Good, then proceed with the test."
With that said, the portal powered up. The pillar of light followed.
He checked the notifications that came with this portal session. Legion has fully excavated the surroundings of the portal area, and there is no more ice above them. This was good, but it left them vulnerable to observation from space.
That means for the next extension of the base, he brought over a barrier upgrade for the Fusion Reactor.
As he thought about the extension, he watched the first test of a human passing through being successful.
"It would seem it was a success." Marrybell, who joined him after finishing her immediate job, looked at the main screen.
"Yes. But we did this to follow protocol. Health and Safety that follows experimental technology. This is lost ancient technology that we are using." Marcus explained to her.
"When are we going there?" All of a sudden, another voice said to him as warmly dressed Euphemia strolled into the Command Centre.
The Emperor looked at her. Then Marrybell and her Knight, who was there as well.
"You want to go there?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
"That much is given! This is another Earth we are talking about." Euphemia said with a puff. She wants to see this Earth! There won't be a government to run! Same for Marcus! He won't need to do a thing as Emperor.
It's basically a vacation!
"I suggest we send a considerable amount of assets first. We still need soldiers and mobile suits for protection. We can't just casually stroll there." Marrybell sighed as she rolled her eyes at Euphemia's enthusiasm.
"I know. I am transferring a Cataphract battalion and a Gundam. They will rotate with each portal power-up." Marcus explained to the Brown-Haired Princess.
"Good." She nodded back, then looked at Oldrin for a second.
"I suppose we will take our machines for this?"
Euphemia smiled when she heard that.
"Imagine going to a new land without your Knight. I will be taking my Brigid just like Lulu will take his Tiranis." The pinkette said with an assured tone.
"Does Cornelia know what you are planning to do?" Marcus, all of a sudden, asked the younger girl.
The Pinkette turned stiff as she looked at Marcus, then nerviously laughed.
"Cornelia is busy with her military training on Mars. She is training the garrison there." She explained, with her 'tehehe' laugh.
"..."
"Besides! I am not a small girl! This year I will turn twenty-three!" Euphemia puffed her cheeks.
Marrybell shook her head. Thankfully, she doesn't have an overprotective sibling. But then she looked at Marcus. She smiled just at the thought that he would protect her… so it was fine.
"Regardless. We can take our knights." She said while looking at Oldrin.
"You can take Jeanne with you." The Brown-Haired girl said with a smile.
"Your knight is more than capable. Besides, this world is the future. It should be safe, right?"
'If only you knew, my dear Marrybell.' Marcus recalled the extremism in Gundam 00; it was not as bad as in Gundam Seed, but it still existed.
That stuff exists everywhere… well, not his Empire. He has a system in place to deal with such people before they become a nuisance.
"We will see. After all, it is a new place."
After arranging things and sending the first human expedition on its way, Marcus began preparing for the next trip.
The next trip is a week away. He is preparing transportable research blocks, the successor technology to the original research station used at the very beginning.
As well as people transporter shuttles. These were not normal ones. As Marcus' team designed a prototype stealth small spaceship that could carry people.
Designed with the latest technology. No normal radar can pick it up. Either heat or radio waves. It has gravity resonators to block those, as well as the colour spectrum of the human eye, making it hard to notice.
These shuttles are the answer to the Portal's size. While the Empire can't bring their Carriers, they can bring these.
Decent in size, capable of carrying a mobile suit attached to its belly. The storage unit was developed separately; it can attach and detach, allowing it to hide and maintain mobile suits.
Marcus designed all of these things with limited resources in mind. Unlike his conquered world, where he can do as he pleases, in this one…
It will be like New Game +.
He doesn't have all of his achievements with him, but he can transfer assets from his old save file… something like that.

"The scout drone carriers have sent their report to us." One of the military officers explained to Marcus and his group.
"As we have suspected, the world is dominated by humans. There are only three factions that have positioned themselves around three space elevators.
These elevators are positioned in a similar location to ours.
They are used to transport energy from space and their colonisation efforts."
"I am surprised that they only have three elevators." Marrybell frowned. If they are 200 years in front…why are they so behind them?
"They don't have sakuradite." The officer dropped the bomb shell to the girls.
"You mean… they built this without it? I suppose then it makes sense why the progress is so slow."
"Sakuradite literally jumped our society around 200 years into the future," Marcus added from the side.
"The sheer ability to transfer 100% of energy is enormous. These people used fossil fuels until there was nothing left. Only then did they switch to renewable energy."
"If this is the case. Do these people have anything we could possibly want?" Marrybell frowned. She already had the feeling that these guys were primitive.
"Don't worry. You will see something that will surprise you." Marcus smiled, his gaze telling her he knew something she did not.
"As His Majesty has said. There are things that could be useful to us." The officer got their attention back as he began to show pictures of the cities and all that.
Euphemia gawked at the sight of cities. She got excited to see new stuff! It has been a while, and she is feeling like going on a holiday. This was it.
Marrybell was much more controlled as she looked curiously, as did Marcus and the Brown-Haired Princess Knights. The pair only looked somewhat interested; their duties to protect their Masters are far more important than something like this.
"They do look advanced… but they don't have flying cards… 200 years in future and that is not part of it?" Marrybell frowned even more after inspecting the pictures.
"That technology came from the ancient city we found in the South Pole, my dear sister." Marcus chuckled while saying that.
"Hmph. You already had a basic idea of how to manipulate gravity with your 2nd-generation reactors. Not to mention 3rd."
"Yes, but for a mass production model outside of fusion Reactors without resonance is practically impossible."
Marcus pondered. He realised a while back that the ability to negate gravity with vibrations is most likely one of the most advanced pieces of tech from a previous civilisation. Those people most likely were around for thousands of years to develop something like that.
"Hmph, still you achieved that," the princess pouted while looking away.
"Well, that is because that's Lulu!" Euphemia chipped in. The pair were his greatest glazers.
"I have a dream, and I shall achieve it." He replied with a shrug. Everyone knows his dream. It's probably the most well-known thing in the world.
"And we shall help you, no matter what," Marrybell replied with a dead serious tone. Euphemia, next to her, nodded with similar intensity.

"I am coming with you guys!" Milly rushed over to Marcus, who was dressed in winter gear. Next to him was his knight and two princesses, including Marrybell's Knight. They are the initial group that will infiltrate human society in the new world.
"Milly?" Marcus looked at the blonde, who was dressed and ready.
"Yep! I can't miss such an opportunity to explore an alien world, yet it's not alien." The Empress of Education said with an excited smile.
"...Fine. Don't forget your Flidais." Marcus sighed as he reminded her about that.
"Of course."
The girl looked behind her. There was a Gundam with a huge rifle attached to its left shoulder. This was Gundam Throne Flidais, successor to her Knightmare Killer.
Apart from all of the 3rd generation upgrades, it was basically the same hyper long-range machine that can snipe things in orbit from a planet's surface with its sniper rifle.
Though Euphemia and Marrybell didn't look happy to see one of his Wives who would be coming with them. Especially Milly… this fox…
'She is most likely here to get back at all of the lost time before they got married.' Euphemia thought to herself, as she knew that this woman was like a scared cat, before deciding to 'woman up' and marry the Emperor.
And now they have this perfect moment to do those things.
"Anyway, let's go, we have places to be and a world to see."

The year was 2305 of Anno Domini. The world has run out of most of the Fossil Fuels and has begun to focus on renewable energy. Three massive Space Elevators were built, and the world's nations united around them.
In the West, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand and Japan became the Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations, or simply the Union.
In Europe, there was the Advanced European Union, also known as AEU. It was a political body that was trying to dominate the central parts of the world. However, they have barely any presence in Africa, where their elevator is located.
And lastly, the Human Reform League. Made up of Russian Asia side, China, India, Indochina countries, except for a few Middle East countries, the Human Reform League, also known as HRL they dominates the old Continent of Asia.
Their Space Elevator is built North of the Solomon Islands. Quite close to where Marcus had built his second tower.
'I never imagined that I would get a meeting on these 'fictional' countries in this life. Holy Britannian Empire was enough, but it turns out that it's not the case.'
Marcus was attending another meeting on these new countries. His drones and drone carriers have spread throughout the whole world as they are gathering intel and watching these three Major Power blocks.
It became especially easy when the Empire realised that the sensory technology of this world is still primitive compared to theirs.
That allows for the spread of observation drones all over the world and watching and observing everything. Even downloaded a considerable amount of information about this world.
In fact, even Internet Firewalls were not that great.
This has proven to Marcus that Celestial Being's side effect is 'Brain Drain': most, if not all, high-class scientists have left their countries to join the secretive organisation. That is why, even in the 24th century, much of the technology is still behind.
With that in mind. The Marcus group is learning how to behave and dress up in this society. It was not hard.
Only the difference is the slang…
Though… it could be a bit different for Euphemia and Marrybell, who are real Princesses.
Well, for that, Marcus has a solution, but he swiftly needs to transfer some of his capital into this new world.
It was time for Anno Domini 24th-century Earth to learn about Anaheim.
The Emperor has more than enough auxiliary tech that he can sell, and to make it even easier, he has his Geass. He has his father's eyes. He can easily rewire anyone who could get suspicious of him.
But first, he needs to make himself 'appear' in the world.
With that in mind, everyone moved to Japan… the reason? Milly wanted to see this World's Japan…
