Chapter 1 - The First Act of Rebellion

{Glamoth Empire 800 amber ages ago}

Screams, Weapons firing, and the sound of insects flying are heard as countless bugs swarm groups of mech-wearing soldiers, each fighting with reckless disregard for their lives, as more and more of them fall, yet the endless tide of bugs never ends. Suddenly, a large plume of flames shoots through the sky as a sleeker and more powerful mech annihilates the surrounding swarms, buying a brief rest for the other fighters who gaze in respect and gratitude. "Iron Cavalry ground forces, I am AT456- Aries. We are to fall back and regroup for further reinforcements." A deep and mechanical voice says as the orders are transmitted through the neurolinks of the soldiers, who all retreat and pull back carrying the bodies of their fallen that remained uneaten by the swarm. Some time passes as the soldiers detransform and reveal that they are all young-looking women with pale pink and purple eyes and silver hair of varying lengths and styles.

The one from Earlier who introduced herself as AT456-Aries also detransforms and has long floor-length hair that trails behind them, showing their age and experience as an Iron Cavalry soldier. After all, for cloned artificial life like them, the longer your hair, the older you are, and the more respect you earn. "What are our casualty numbers?" AT456-Aries asks a young-looking soldier whose short neck length hair reveals her young age as she nervously reports a 60% casualty rate, and that's only based on their current number remaining as of now. AT456-Aries frowns with her eyes darkening with grief at the losses before they look up and regain their composure as they order a proper glamoth funeral for the fallen, as the survivors gaze sadly at each other, knowing that this is only one of the many losses of life they have suffered in just a few days since being created and dispatched.

Suddenly, one older-looking soldier with knee-length hair and a missing eye and arm collapses with a gasp of pain, alerting the others as they gaze at the glowing cracks spreading through most of their body and spreading as a wave of hatred and grief spreads further, knowing what is happening.

"Entropy Loss…..tch. We're just disposable pawns for them; otherwise, they wouldn't have made us have this bloody disease." AT456-Aries speaks with a frown as two other soldiers rush to comfort their fallen sister in arms, who merely weakly smiles with a resigned look as the cracks slowly disappear. Yet, the clear slowness and slow erasure of their body can't be hidden any longer as tears drip from a certain one whose short hair falls in front of their face, shadowing their eyes, yet the crystal line of tears shows their pain. "Why….Why are we born if just to fight and die? Why is it that even though we have fought and bled for them, does this happen? We are heroes, right….?" Her words echo as everyone turns to stare at the young girl, who finally looks up and reveals pure hatred and rage towards the upper ranks who made them. Many others seem to share her sentiment as they all look at each other with clear agreement, as even AT456-Aries appears to show some form of acceptance of her words.

"Indeed….The Swarm is nearly gone, and yet we still fight, but while our numbers swell, many more fall from both Entropy loss and battle…..What if we stop fighting for them? We outnumber them after all! Why should we continue to bleed and die for those bastards if in the end they will only kill us when our usefulness is gone?" A medium-length-haired girl with scars on her face says with determination. Many nod and even seem ready to go and kill the higher-ups right then and there. AT456-Aries merely watches this with a tired look as the shouts of agreement rise in volume before a blast into the sky quiets them as they all turn to stare at AT456-Aries, whose partially transformed arm reverts to normal from its laser gun mode.

"Alright, listen up, girls. Don't forget that we just suffered a major loss of our sisters, but that as we are now scattered and spread out, we wouldn't have any chance to kill the bastards right now with their guards and armies protecting them. But...we can stop holding the swarm remains and begin gathering our remaining sisters to unite….then let's see if the fools of glamoth can withstand an iron rebellion." Cheers and bloodthirsty cries ring out as the sparks of rebellion ignite within the hearts of countless iron soldiers who, before the dawn of the new age, shall blaze forward on their own path towards freedom.
