Feng Yu was currently sitting on a stool next to her bed. Her eyes were closed, and her hand was firmly fixed on top of Yi Chen's chest as her fiery red Qi gently circulated throughout his body.
If one looked carefully, one would realise that Yi Chen's hands, which were wounded earlier from tightly gripping the porcelain shard, were completely healed.
Healing would not be the right word. His hands looked as if they were never wounded in the first place. It was the same with his internal wounds.
A while later, she released a short breath and opened her eyes. Yi Chen was completely healed.
"Chen'er…" she muttered delicately while stroking his sleeping face with her gentle hands.
There was love apparent in her eyes, but along with it, there was a hint of sadness. Sadness was tormenting her heart at the moment.
Various thoughts regarding her present situation flooded her mind, but instead of filtering through them, she completely ignored them.
