While the world was on top of all its glory,
The skies rage befell upon those who looked on the tornado's eye.
Time freezed the blazing mid-summer air,
A chilling winter visited the abode.
Unbeknownst to those who inhabits earth,
Creatures of the unknown clawed out the underworld.
Towers that reached the epiphany of the heavens,
Spawned thousands, if not millions of nightmares.
With no end to be seen, they plundered the innocent ,
Blood showered the vast land as the terrified souls flee.
When all of the sudden, hope shone brightly,
They call them-
Conquerers.
"The end." The man closed the book and properly tucked the young girl in front of him.
"That's it, teacher?" The young girl scrunched her forehead, furrowing her thick brows.
The man chuckled "Indeed child. It is time for you to sleep" It seemed to him that the child hasn't grown up all these years, ever since he picked her up the outskirts of the village.
"Child?" The young girl puffed her cheeks, her pale calloused hands lightly touching the necklace the man gave her.
Seeming to remember something and full of expectations, the young girl smiled widely "I'm almost of age teacher. Will you visit town with me by then?"
"If you really are an adult, you won't need your teacher tucking you in to sleep." The man laughed heartily, standing up, and getting ready to turn off the lamp.
"You promised me teacher." The young girl said, looking straight at the mans eyes.
"Alright, alright. Whatever suits your boat." He laughed, ruffling the girls hair.
"Sleep now, child. Training starts at dawn." The young girl crunched her face for protest so the man flicked her forehead, raising his eyebrows
"You got a problem with that?"
The young girl groaned, mumbling under her breath "Seriously teacher, even near my birthday?"
The man smiled and touched the lamp lightly, its power magically disappearing "Calamity chooses no one, child. And it sure doesn't stop by to enjoy a birthday party."
The girl sighed and slowly closed her eyes, drifting into a deep slumber. The man stood by her side for a bit before slowly walking towards the wooden door.
"May all the luck be ever in your favor, child." He mumbled, looking back one last time before leaving.
"Luck, my ass. I'm fucked." The young child gripped her hair tightly, sitting up on her bed and chewing on the dead skin on her lips. She stood up, lightly touching the lamp, rushing to her study table, and slowly opened the drawers and there peeked a worn out book. She set that on the table before turning on the pages real quick, re-reading everything she wrote.
Year 1316, Month 7, Imperial Calendar
I'm fucked. I woke up and saw a man in front of me. He said something about adopting me as his apprentice and how we're already in Year 1316. Did I mention that I was in a child's body and that I'm in a sketchy looking wooden house in the middle of nowhere? He said I might be around five years old even though i clearly remember being a 16 year old high school student in the era of technology and online bullying, Year 2025. Is this what they call isekai? Ah yeah, I'ma crash out on the piece of bleep and bleep his bleep because never in a million lightyears am i accepting this bleep you bleep bleep bleep.
(A/N: Dear readers, everything has been somehow censored for your sake.)
"Wow, I wrote nothing but cusses." She laughed in disbelief before scrolling to the next few pages
Year 1316, Month 11, Imperial Calendar
After gathering a little more information about this world here's what i gathered:
1. I'm fucked.
2. I'm in another world.
3. There's this huge ass tower, crazy ass magic, blood thirsty monsters, and we're living in the first floor of that tower they call the common ground.
4. Apparently, the entire humanity created another world inside the towers first floor because the outside world isn't inhabitable anymore. Humans manifested different skills to battle the monsters and conquer the tower, they call them conquerors and only a few of them are actually strong enough to conquer the other floors.
5. According to the book my teacher gave me the floor one is divided amongst the different villages with the empire in the middle. We are currently in the mountain top of the village called wari. These villages guards the outskirts since there are still low level monsters inhabiting it. Among these ten villages, two have ports connecting humanity to the different locations like the forest where the fairies lives, the sanctuary of elves, and many more fantasy shit.
6. A persons skills and identity usually manifest at the age of ten. The identity allows a human being to manifest into different species and gain their skills. The skills on the other hand is categorized into five; they have forgers, magi, berserkers, arch-angels, and the forbidden.
7. Anyways, Did I mention I'm fucked. No seriously, I'm fucked.
Year 1318, Month 7, Imperial Calendar
Been here for almost two years and guess what, this place sucks. That damned teacher of mine trains me everyday and this body of a seven year old is not helping at all. Who even trains this young? Mom, please help your poor daughter, that man is the true monster!
Year 1321, Month 9, Imperial Calendar
Guess what, I turned ten today and my teacher surprised me with braised pork! It honestly tasted like freedom even though it clearly lacked salt- Ah and I manifested my skills and identity.
The girl closed the worn out book and gently leaned her right cheek against it.
"Skill Window, Activate" She mumbled before a blue screen appeared in front of her.

"I do have an expertise in scamming others however, must it really be included in my window?" The girl gripped her head in frustration, stood at the top of the wooden chair, and yelled loudly
"Kamisama, where the hell did my overpowered otherworldly stats go-!" before she could even finish, she heard her worse nightmare. A loud banging on the door was heard accompanied by the heavy footsteps of her teacher approaching her door.
The door creaked and as she slowly turn her head towards it "My dear child" A soothing yet menacing voice came from the doorsteps. There stood a man in his pajamas carrying a sword. He smiled while gritting his pearly white teeth "What did we say about not disturbing my sleep?"
She scratched the back of her head, slowly looking at the ceiling, ignoring the man in front of her "Oh man, look at that, the ceiling needs some cleaning" She mumbled awkwardly. The mans angelic expression turned dark, slowly approaching her.
"Some things r-require an explanation" She stuttered, getting up from the chair and slightly bending one knee forward, preparing to run for her life.
"I knew it was weird when you were conversing politely with me earlier, you little menace." Shivers ran down her spine, and when her teachers' smile reached his eyes, without any hesitation, she opened the window and bolted as fast as she can in the middle of the night.
"SHU COME BACK HERE, YOU LITTLE BRAT!"
