Adam offered his hand to Ignis, a warm smile tugging at his lips. "If we keep fighting, there won't be any end to it."
Ignis accepted his hand, pulling herself up with a grunt. She brushed the dust from her clothes, still grinning, her golden eyes gleaming with leftover energy.
"I'm still not satisfied, you know."
Adam let out a low chuckle, his gaze sweeping over her disheveled form.
"You still have a lot of energy, huh. I have an idea. How about we wash off first? I think I saw a source of water nearby."
Ignis's golden eyes lit up.
"Then let's go together! I want to soak in the water!"
Adam let out a warm laugh, shaking his head as he turned and led the way through the moonlit forest.
They emerged into a small clearing, and the sight before them was breathtaking. A waterfall cascaded down a rocky cliff, its waters shimmering silver under the full moon's light. The pool at its base reflected the sky, rippling gently, the surface calm and inviting.
