BOOM BOOM!!!
A young man walking home after a day of boring college classes, looking up at the sky only to see the beginning of a lightning storm. Continuing his walk, he hears multiple screams of terror.
He suddenly turns around, only to see a little girl chasing a ball in the middle of the road and a truck emitting furious sounds from its horn and brakes. Realizing that the little girl will be hit, something snaps inside him, and without even realizing it, he runs toward the little girl. In an instant, he finds himself between the truck and the little girl. He grabs her and jumps with all his strength.
In that moment, time seems to have stopped, and the mere sound of a mother running toward her daughter breaks the moment, and everyone nearby rushes toward him to see if the two are okay. After verifying that both are only bruised, everyone breathes a sigh of relief.
"Thank you, thank you, I don't know what I would have done without her."
"Thank you, Nii-chan."
The boy, still in shock as he tries to answer, hears lightning in the sky again. Looking up, he sees a bolt of lightning descending toward him.
"Fuck, I've avoided Truck-kun and now the lightning is coming, fuck it!" he shouts to the sky, and at the same moment, he is struck by lightning, and after that, nothing.

A sphere of light floats in the void, and after an indeterminate amount of time, a white light illuminates the void. A huge humanoid being composed of light appears, and its gaze focuses on the sphere of light.
"How come this soul is here? Let's see what happened."
By touching the sphere, the being relives in an instant, the life lived by the soul, from the moment of its birth to the moment of its death.
"Ahhhhh, why do these things always happen to me!!! So some divine being is responsible for this. Well, according to the rules, I can't leave him here. Oh, then let's get started so I don't end up late for the poker game with Thor and Zeus."
The being awakens the sleeping soul in the sphere of light with a touch.
"Uh, where am I? WTF? Who or what are you? And why are you glowing? Are you Edward Callen?"

"Well, it's the first time I haven't had to calm a soul after it finds out it's dead. Anyway, now you have two options: the afterlife or reincarnation." 'Even though I already know what you'll choose.'
"Which option allows me to return to the world I left behind?"
"None. Returning to the dimension you left behind is impossible."
"Umm, then I choose REINCARNATION." 'Haha, we'll see if it's impossible.' "Just to know, has anyone ever chosen the afterlife?"
"No, no one," he replies, crying.

"You have three wishes."
"After the three wishes, can I choose where I'll be reincarnated and my identity?"
"No," he replies with a big smile, "and before you ask, you can't wish for more wishes, or a piece of paper on which you can write the wishes that will then have to be granted."
"Eto, eto," with a devilish grin, he says, "for my first wish, I wish for everything written in the 'If I were to be reincarnated' file in my Google account in Keep." (A/N: The powers wished are described in chapter 0.1)
"Fuck, WTF, shit, $%&&%/%..."
Grinning, "ahahahahahahah, even though I asked for this, it's not against what you told me was forbidden, sooooo, what do we do? First wish granted?"
"Ahhhh, you're the first to ask for something like that. You know I can reincarnate you without giving you anything, right?"
Smiling, "No, you can't; otherwise you would have already done it. I don't think you're charitable, so you're following rules you can't break."
With a furious look, he says, "Okay, okay, first wish granted, but for the other two, you can't ask for outrageous things."
"Okay, so for my second wish, I wish to be reincarnated in TVD, and I prefer to come into existence out of nowhere, without parents or relatives, in New York, to be born in the same year as Bonnie, Caroline, etc...."
"O..."
"Obviously, I won't appear in the middle of nowhere before I have the ability to protect myself, right?" he continues, watching the being like a hawk.
"...K, hehe, of course not; you'll appear on the steps of the orphanage and within minutes, the director will find you and take you to safety" he replies with a forced smile. 'Tch, this one's sharp.'
"Sure, sure, oh, I also want my name to be Leo Astra."
Giving him a dirty look, he replies, "Hey, that's enough, this isn't just a single wish anymore."
"C'mon, these are just mundane things, what's the problem?"
"Okay, but that's enough, and your last wish must be really simple, otherwise I'll reincarnate you right away with nothing."
With a soft smile, he replies, "For my last wish, I wish that my family will not suffer my loss and that from now on they will be successful and fortunate."
"..." 'This little devil has a heart, then.' "Okay, done, now goodbye; I have things to do."
The soul, with a dazzling smile, says, "Thank you for everything."
A portal opens near him, and as he is about to walk through it, he thinks, 'Uh, during the conversation, I was a sphere of light and Gramps was a being of light. How come it seemed like we were having normal expressions?!?!?!?'

"What a beautiful boy you are. Let's see if you have a name." He checks my blanket and finds a note inside that says LEO ASTRA. He smiles kindly and says, "Uh, so your name is Leo. Leo, you'll be living here with me from now on."

"TUND, TUND, Leo, wake up, it's time for breakfast."
"Uwaaa!" In the bathroom, while he brushes his teeth, he sees a boy in the mirror with green eyes that shine in a supernatural way, and fiery red hair, not the orange one people call red. "Handsome as usual, hehe."
