Gohan: Dad, you might want to reconsider your strategy. *He adjust his glasses.* Last I checked, your charades skills were... questionable.
Goku: *He scratches his head.* Huh? But I thought I was pretty good at chair-ades!
The room erupts in laughter as Goku's mispronunciation lightens the mood.
Pan: *She bounces on her toes.* Come on, let's start already!!! I can't wait to see Grandpa try to act out 'quantum physics'!
Videl: Here you go, Melody. *She hands a stack of pre-shuffled cards to her.* Let's see what you've got.
Melody: *She draws a card and reads it silently.* Oh boy... okay... here goes nothing.
Melody takes a deep breath, her eyes darts towards Goten before she began her performance. She started moving gracefully, mimicking ice formations with her hands.
Goten: *He leans in closer, eyes fixed on her.* Ice... cold... winter?
Melody nods encouragingly, her movements becoming more elaborate as she pretends to build a snowman.
Goku: *He scratches his head.* Oh, I know! *Goku snaps his fingers.* You're doing that thing where you punch the ice and it explodes into a gazillion smithereens.
Chichi: *She facepalms.* Goku, dear, not everything is about fighting...
Goten: *He snapped his fingers.* Wait... I've got it! Frozen...!
The timer buzzed just as Goten shouts his answer. Melody beams at him, their eyes locked for a moment.
Melody: Nice job, Goten! *She gives Goten a thumbs up.* You nailed it!
Pan: *She narrows her eyes.* How did you guess that so quickly? Are you two telepathically connected or something?
Goten: No! *Quickly he rubs the back of his head.* I just... got lucky, I guess.
Gohan: *He adjusts his glasses, studying Goten and Melody for a moment.* Interesting. The probability of guessing that correctly in such a short time is quite low...
Videl: Oh, give it a rest, Professor. *She elbows Gohan playfully.* Sometimes people just click, you know?
Goku: *He grins widely.* Alright! That's one point for us. Who's next?
