· Longevity: One of the many advantages of her highly evolved race is their lifespan. They have an average life expectancy of 500 years, and the most outstanding members of their race—those with the greatest knowledge and strongest will—can reach up to 700 years.
Problems and Weaknesses
· Post-traumatic stress: Due to witnessing the destruction of her planet, she suffers from PTSD and a degree of depression, which weakened her will and faith. As a result, her powers of thought and her mental abilities in general have diminished, although her intelligence and cognitive capacity remain intact.
· Nutrient and vitality deficiency: Because of the weakening of her mental powers and her depression, Astrid absorbs universal nutrients to a lesser extent, and her life expectancy is no longer as great as before, despite being a prodigy of her race. She now has a maximum lifespan of around 400 years. Without the brooch that helps her in this aspect, her body would be much thinner and more malnourished, as well as less durable.

· She has not eaten much, so her palate is not very broad, but her favorite food is berries and her favorite drink is water.
· Her favorite hobbies are reading, knitting, exercising, studying physics and mathematics, and playing musical instruments.
· She is afraid of neurodegenerative diseases.
· She considers natural reproduction to be repulsive, since one of the advantages of her race is that they can reproduce through thought formation and mental incubation (although this still must occur between a man and a woman). Therefore, natural reproduction seems primitive and degrading to her.
