Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Planning, Cui’s Death

Head to Planet Namek.

Whether it was the original Vegeta or the current Vegeta, this destination was unavoidable.

According to the flow of the original story, Vegeta would eventually break completely with Frieza over the Dragon Balls.

And even though Wu Xiao had transmigrated and become the new Vegeta, he would still choose this path.

To become stronger, he had to go to Planet Namek.

To gain more power, he had to go to Planet Namek.

To completely change his fate, he had to go to Planet Namek.

How does the saying go?

The bigger the waves, the more valuable the fish.

Since he had already become Vegeta, he couldn't choose some cowardly alternative—like hiding away somewhere to train for several years, waiting until his base form reached over one hundred million, then transforming into Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan Second Stage, or even Super Saiyan 3 to instantly crush the entire universe.

Sure, that would be satisfying and almost entirely safe—after all, Frieza had Goku to deal with him in the original work—but he would lose countless opportunities along the way.

And now that he had inherited everything from Vegeta, his pride and Saiyan dignity would never allow him to hide.

He was naturally someone who chased challenge, and with Vegeta's obsession with Kakarot now integrated into him, there was only one path forward.

Simply put: If he possessed knowledge of the past and future and still ended up stuck as the eternal number two, then he was truly worthless.

Let Kakarot inherit that title instead.

As for Frieza—Vegeta would personally defeat him.

Walking down the wide corridor, Vegeta made up his mind, thoughts racing through his head.

The most important thing now was to fully unleash the latent power within his body.

Once he reached Planet Namek, as long as the Grand Elder unlocked his potential, his strength could easily exceed one million.

The original manga had already provided very clear data:

After his recovery on Earth, Vegeta's battle power was 24,000.

From there, he experienced several massive increases on Namek:

After losing to Zarbon, recovery boosted him to 30,000.

After being nearly killed by Recoome and healed with a Senzu Bean, he jumped to 250,000, enough to stand against Frieza briefly.

After being fatally injured by Krillin and healed by Dende, he skyrocketed to 2.5 million.

"So… once I land on Planet Namek, the first priority is to meet the Grand Elder. But with my history and reputation, how am I supposed to convince him? Threats won't work. Bribery won't work. And Nail has a battle power of 42,000."

Others still saw him as the ruthless Saiyan who had slaughtered countless innocents.

In the original story, Krillin and Gohan met the Grand Elder only because they saved Dende first.

As Vegeta pondered, his thoughts began drifting, eventually circling back to transformation.

"According to what Cabba said in Dragon Ball Super, to transform into a Super Saiyan, you gather Saiyan ki into the center of your back and release it in a surge…

But with my current power, I probably can't achieve it yet. Instead of energy alone, I need enough S-cells."

Regardless, Vegeta had to try.

If he succeeded early, why would he ever fear Frieza?

Just as Vegeta was deep in thought, a figure appeared ahead, blocking his path.

It was Cui—who, upon hearing of his recovery, had eagerly come to mock him.

"Hey~ Vegeta, looks like you're all healed up."

"I heard you suffered quite the beating this time, hahaha~ Who was it that made the invincible Saiyan Prince end up half-dead?"

"Nappa and Raditz didn't return either. They must've died. From now on, you're all alone—how pitiful."

Cui stood smugly with his hands on his hips, dripping arrogance and mockery.

Vegeta narrowed his eyes slightly, expression turning cold.

"Are you trying to die, Cui?"

The icy tone didn't faze Cui at all. He continued approaching, practically begging for death.

"I'm warning you to behave yourself. Lord Frieza is very unhappy with your recklessness."

He even had the nerve to pat Vegeta's shoulder.

That one tap ignited Vegeta's killing intent.

"Hmph. Are you also going to tell me that Frieza was disappointed in me, but because I discovered the Dragon Balls, he decided to forgive me?"

Vegeta didn't even look at him as he spoke.

He said the exact line Cui was preparing to use, and Cui froze.

"You—how did you know?" He stammered.

But he didn't stop.

"That's why I'm telling you to calm down! You want to use the Dragon Balls to get eternal youth, right? You can forget that plan.

Frieza already sent out his forces. Once he gets his wish, he'll wipe out all the Namekians. You won't have a chance."

"So that's all? Truly a loyal dog," Vegeta sneered.

"You—! Vegeta, watch your mouth! Just because Frieza hasn't punished you yet doesn't mean you're safe! You haven't cleared your treason charges!"

He wanted to see Vegeta afraid.

"And then? All you do is bark?"

Vegeta slowly raised his hand and clamped onto Cui's wrist.

Then he suddenly turned.

Those cold, predatory eyes looked like they could freeze a man's soul.

Cui felt the pressure instantly. Sweat formed on his forehead. His wrist throbbed in pain.

He tried pulling away but couldn't. A chill crept up his spine.

"What are you planning? Think carefully! Our battle power is the same! If you attack me—"

He never finished.

BOOM!!!

Cui's eyes bulged, blood bursting from his mouth.

Vegeta's fist had smashed into his lower abdomen, piercing straight through the supposedly durable battle armor.
