Loren calmly made his choice in his mind.
At that moment—
Two figures suddenly appeared behind the Z Fighters.
They wore Kai attire, their auras solemn and restrained.
It was Supreme Kai (Shin) and his attendant, Kibito.
Supreme Kai's gaze was tense as he stared at Spopovich and Yamu, then shifted toward Loren, who was walking down from the VIP stands.
He felt it clearly.
Killing intent.
This human… intended to kill Babidi's subordinates right here.
That was unacceptable.
"Stop!"
Supreme Kai's voice echoed with divine authority.
"Mortal, you do not understand what you are doing."
His gaze was cold and condescending—the look of a god addressing an ignorant ant.
"These two are a crucial part of our plan. There can be no mistakes."
"The fate of the entire universe depends on them."
Loren stopped and looked at him with interest.
A plan?
The fate of the universe?
That was quite the exaggeration.
Loren smiled.
"Your plan is to let them attack my disciple and absorb his energy, right?"
Supreme Kai's pupils shrank.
Shock flashed across his face.
"How… how could you possibly know that?"
"How I know isn't important."
Loren's smile faded, his tone turning cold.
"What is important is that your plan sounds like complete garbage."
"Presumptuous!"
Kibito snapped angrily.
"Do you realize who stands before you?! This is Lord Supreme Kai, ruler of the universe! How dare a mere mortal speak so disrespectfully!"
"Supreme Kai?"
Loren raised an eyebrow, openly sizing Shin up.
"With strength this pathetic?"
Supreme Kai's face darkened instantly.
"Power is not everything," he said stiffly.
"The universe operates under laws. Everything I do is for the final victory."
"You mortals need only obey the guidance of the gods."
"Obey?"
The smile vanished completely from Loren's face.
This was the kind of person he despised most.
Self-righteous.
Arrogant.
Weak, yet convinced of their own importance.
Just then, the system's voice rang out.
[Ding! Strong emotional fluctuation detected in host!]
[Target detected: Show-off 'god' — Supreme Kai!]
[Additional choice triggered!]
[Additional Choice: Gods also have ranks!]
[Use absolute power to make this so-called Supreme Kai understand what a real god is! Immediately kill Spopovich and Yamu, then teach Supreme Kai a lesson in Super Saiyan Three form!]
[Reward: Normal combat power increases to 380 million!]
Loren's eyes lit up.

Beat up an arrogant god and get another power boost?

Loren looked at Supreme Kai again.
His gaze turned dangerous.
"What did you say?"
He took a step forward, smiling faintly.
"I didn't quite catch that. Say it again."
Supreme Kai bristled.
He was a god.
The supreme authority of the universe!
How dare a mortal look at him like this?!
"I'll say it again, mortal," Supreme Kai said, suppressing his unease.
"Withdraw immediately. Do not interfere with the gods' plan."
"Otherwise, you will pay for your foolishness."
"Alright."
Loren suddenly smiled—a bright, terrifying smile.
"Then let me show you who's paying the price."
Two thin beams of light flashed.
In the next instant—
Spopovich and Yamu collapsed, holes cleanly pierced through their skulls.
Dead on the spot.
"Mortal! Do you realize what you've done?!" Kibito shouted in fury.
"As you can see," Loren replied calmly,
"I took out the trash."
He stepped forward.
The invisible pressure alone forced Supreme Kai and Kibito to stagger back.
Loren casually placed a hand on each of their shoulders.
They didn't even have time to react.
Buzz—
Space rippled.
The three vanished instantly.
Leaving Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and the others staring at empty space in stunned silence.
The next moment—
A barren, unnamed planet.
Thud.
Loren casually tossed Supreme Kai and Kibito onto the cracked ground.
Supreme Kai scrambled up, disheveled and shaken.
"W-Where… where are we?"
Instant Transmission…
This human had used Kai-level techniques.
"You…" Supreme Kai stared at Loren.
"Just who are you?"
Kibito stood protectively beside him.
"You'd better think carefully!" Kibito barked.
"Angering a god has consequences!"
"Consequences?"
Loren turned around, smiling.
"I'll show you consequences right now."
His body trembled violently.
Rumble—RUMBLE—!!!
A terrifying aura erupted.
The planet shook violently.
The ground cracked open, massive chasms spreading outward.
The sky seemed to freeze.
Golden energy shot straight into the heavens.
"AHHHHHHH—!!!"
Loren roared.
His black hair whipped wildly—then grew longer, rapidly cascading down to his waist.
No eyebrows.
Cold, merciless eyes.
Golden lightning surged like raging dragons around his body.
Super Saiyan Three.
Supreme Kai and Kibito were trembling uncontrollably.
"This… this power…!"
Loren looked down at Supreme Kai.
"Now tell me."
"Who do you think the god is?"
Supreme Kai's will shattered.
"I… I—"
Loren vanished.
In the next instant, he appeared in front of him.
One finger extended.
Tap.
BOOM—!!!
Supreme Kai's body was sent flying like a meteor.
He smashed through one mountain.
Then another.
Then another.
More than a dozen mountain ranges were obliterated before his body finally embedded deep into the planet's crust.
"L-Lord Supreme Kai!!!" Kibito screamed.
Loren hovered in the air, arms crossed, golden hair flowing calmly.
"This lesson," he said coldly, "is free."
