Above Nevada.
The setting sun dyed the sky blood-red.
The Black Rock Desert below now looked much like the surface of the moon.
There were craters, bottomless.
Some rocks were still smoking.
Clark flew at the very front.
He looked extremely haggard and just wanted to go home and sleep.
Who could handle three days and three nights without closing their eyes?
Kara flew beside Tel-Rol.
Her arms were crossed over her chest, her small face was puffed up with anger, and her mouth never stopped moving.
"Do you have any idea how much the repair cost for Stark Tower is?!"
"The Wall Street Charging Bull's horn! The Statue of Liberty's torch!"
"You are a walking glutton."
Tel-Rol had just finished a fight and felt completely refreshed.
He wore only a few rags to cover his essentials, revealing his powerful muscles.
Kara's incessant nagging went completely in one ear and out the other.
His mind was still replaying the feeling of punching Hulk earlier.
"Alright, alright, let's not talk about money for now."
Kara, tired of nagging, suddenly accelerated and flew in front of Tel-Rol.
She blocked his path, her expression serious.
"Let's talk business!"
"Tel-Rol, what exactly are you?"
"You're… different from us."
Tel-Rol scratched his messy hair.
He fell into thought… "I've been on another Earth since I can remember."
"That place was different from here."
"There was a little kid with a long tail next to me, named Sun Wukong."
"He always wanted to fight me."
"We fought from childhood to adulthood; today I'd beat him till he screamed, tomorrow he'd beat me till I screamed."
Kara blinked.
"Long tail?"
"Sun Wukong?"
"Are you sure you're not making this up?"
Tel-Rol shrugged.
"Actually, I had that tail back then too; it was taken off by Popo along with Wukong's."
Kara was startled, and an image of a sexy beauty appeared in her mind. "Was she pretty?"
Tel-Rol recalled the chubby, dark-skinned Popo and shook his head.
"Don't interrupt! My race is called Saiyan; we are born to fight."
"Later on, I met some people, and because of some things, we took a spaceship to a cursed place called Namek."
"It was full of green-skinned bald people who could lay an egg to have children."
"There, I killed a short guy who called himself the 'Cosmic Emperor,' named Frieza."
Kara's mouth grew wider and wider as she listened.
"Cosmic Emperor?"
"You're quite the braggart, aren't you?"
Tel-Rol rolled his eyes.
"Who knew that guy was so fragile and a sore loser."
"He wasn't completely dead and just blew up Namek."
"We found a spaceship to escape, but halfway through, we were pulled into a colorful aisle by a strange force."
"When I woke up again, I was in that broken escape pod from Krypton."
"And then, after drifting and drifting, I arrived on Earth."
Kara was completely stunned.
She pointed at Tel-Rol, then at herself.
She stammered, "You mean…"
"You're an alien among aliens?"
Clark had been silent.
He suddenly stopped and turned around.
His blue eyes fixed on Tel-Rol.
His expression was more serious than ever before.
"Pulled by a strange force, drifting in an escape pod."
Clark's voice was low.
"This is very similar to Kara's experience, but the content…"
He paused.
"It's a million times more outrageous."
Tel-Rol spread his hands.
"I don't know what's going on either."
"Anyway, this is how I am now."
Clark slowly flew in front of Tel-Rol.
His gaze penetrated the skin, looking at the deeper genetic structure.
"I felt it before."
Clark frowned deeply.
"You are completely different from us."
He held out his hand, stopping it in mid-air.
"In your body, two completely different bloodlines flow."
"One is Kryptonian, and the other… is that 'Saiyan' you mentioned."
Kara gasped.
"Two bloodlines?"
"Won't they fight?"
"Our Kryptonian genes are very exclusive!"
Clark shook his head.
He was also very confused and shocked.
"The strangest thing is, they… have merged very well."
"No, not just well."
He emphasized his words.
"That Saiyan bloodline of yours is incredibly dominant."
"Not only did it not cause rejection with the Kryptonian bloodline."
"It even compensated for the most fatal flaw in Kryptonian genes!"
Tel-Rol grinned, showing a mouthful of white teeth.
He even patted his chest muscle, looking completely justified.
"Hehe, keep it low-key, low-key."
When Kara heard about the fatal flaw being compensated, her eyes widened.
"Fatal flaw?"
"Are you talking about… kryptonite?"
This was the greatest weakness of all Kryptonians.
Clark shook his head.
His gaze moved from Tel-Rol and looked towards the horizon.
The sun, sinking below the horizon, emitted red light.
"More than that."
Clark's voice was very soft.
"Kara, our power comes from the radiation of a yellow sun."
"What about the opposite?"
"What would make us lose our power and turn back into ordinary people?"
Kara's expression changed instantly.
"Red sun…"
She suddenly looked at Tel-Rol.
Tel-Rol was also looking at her curiously.
"What is it?"
"What's wrong with a red sun?"
Clark paused.
"The Saiyan bloodline has made you immune to red sun radiation."
"You won't lose your power."
"You also don't need to rely on a yellow sun."
"You are… the perfect Kryptonian."
Kara stood with her mouth open, unable to speak for a long time.
Tel-Rol scratched his head.
"Huh?"
"That amazing?"
He thought for a moment, then added.
"So, can I say that I'm stronger than all of you?"
Clark fell silent.
Kara's fists clenched.
"You shut up!"
"Do you believe I'll beat you right now?!"
Tel-Rol immediately raised his hands.
"No, no, no, I was wrong."
"I'm hungry, let's go home quickly."
"I want to eat Martha's apple pie."
Kara stomped her foot in anger.
"All you know is eating!"
Clark rubbed his temples.
"Let's go."
"We'll talk more at home."
The three accelerated their flight and soon disappeared into the sky.
Kansas, Kent Farm.
The three landed at the entrance.
Martha Kent was busy in the kitchen.
She heard the movement and poked her head out.
"You're back!"
"I'm making apple pie."
Tel-Rol's eyes lit up.
"Martha!"
"I'm starving!"
He rushed into the kitchen, hugged Martha, then headed straight for the oven.
Martha smiled and patted him.
"Don't rush, it's not cooked yet."
"Go take a shower first, look at you in those rags."
Tel-Rol looked down at himself.
"Oh, right."
He happily trotted off to the bathroom.
Kara walked into the living room and collapsed onto the sofa.
"Martha, you have no idea how much trouble he causes."
"He almost tore down all of New York."
Martha came over with tea.
"Clark told me some things."
"But, he's also a good kid."
Kara rolled her eyes.
"A good kid?"
"He's a mischievous kid!"
Clark sat on the other side of the sofa, resting with his eyes closed.
He was too tired now.
Martha looked at Clark, then at Kara.
"You two, are you hiding something from me?"
Kara and Clark exchanged glances.
"Martha…"
Kara hesitated.
"Tel-Rol, he… he's not just Kryptonian."
Martha put down her teacup.
"I know."
"He's different from you."
Kara was stunned.
"You know?"
Martha smiled and nodded.
"I raised Clark; I know what Kryptonians are like."
"There's something different about Tel-Rol."
"But what does that matter?"
"He's still a child."
Clark opened his eyes.
"Mom, he's dangerous."
"Much more dangerous than I imagined."
Martha looked at Clark.
"Clark, you are also dangerous."
"But I've never been afraid of you because of that."
"Because I know your heart is kind."
"Tel-Rol is the same."
"He's just too young and doesn't know how to control his power yet."
Clark fell silent.
Kara bit her lip.
"But Martha, he doesn't have our weaknesses."
"He's stronger than all of us."
"If he ever loses control…"
Martha reached out and patted Kara's shoulder.
"Then that will be your responsibility."
"Teach him, guide him."
"Just like I taught Clark."
The sound of splashing water came from the bathroom.
Tel-Rol was humming a song, happily taking his shower.
He had no idea what they were discussing outside.
He only knew that he would soon be able to eat hot apple pie.
The oven timer in the kitchen rang.
Martha stood up.
"Alright, don't think so much."
"Let's eat first."
Kara and Clark exchanged glances.
Neither of them spoke again.
