"Hmm…" Roxy thought deeply.
Well, here goes nothing.
Roxy took a deep breath. She wasn't just a transmigrator anymore. She was a mother and their queen.
So it made perfect sense that they would want her to name the children.
"Okay," she whispered. "Let me see them."
Lyra eagerly held them out. Roxy reached out, her fingers brushing against the warm, dry scales of the red hatchling. She checked the underbelly, using the basic biology knowledge the System provided.
"This one is a girl," Roxy smiled, tapping the red nose. The hatchling chirped, a sound like cracking geodes. "Her name is Rhae."
Lyra gasped softly. "Rhae. It sounds like the wind through the canyons. It is beautiful."
Roxy turned to the black one on the left. This one was feisty, snapping at her finger with gum-filled jaws. "Another girl. But she has an attitude. She's strong." Roxy grinned. "Kaida. It means 'Little Dragon' where I come from."
