"What are you still waiting for?"
Sengoku's gaze swept toward the Admiral seats. Aokiji, Kizaru, and Akainu had already made their moves, while Silver Dragon remained sprawled in his chair, legs crossed, exuding a casual, almost infuriating confidence.
Many followed Sengoku's eyes, admiration, apprehension, and a hint of fanaticism etched on their faces.
"How boring," Silver Dragon muttered as he rose, his body shimmering with silver lightning. Rubbing his forehead, he murmured, "Why does it feel like something's not right?"
Clang…
A bolt of azure lightning struck instantly. Dragon, engaged with Kizaru, stiffened as the electrified strike shot toward him. He barely blocked it with both hands, then transformed into a streak of light, crashing into the ground with violent force. Horses, Marines, and the ice-covered sea itself were sent flying in his wake.
Clang… buzz!
Silver Dragon hovered mid-air, his silver-white hair streaming wildly in the tempestuous wind. Above him, the sky flashed with lightning and thunder, a scene apocalyptic in scope. His azure eyes scanned the Revolutionary Army's ranks, a storm of raw power radiating across the battlefield.
"Not good," Belo Betty muttered, her face paling as she blocked a strike from the Admiral.
The Revolutionary Army had meticulously studied the abilities of the Marine Admirals. Dragon shouted to his troops, his voice grim, "Everyone, maintain your composure! Don't let the strongest Admiral, Silver Dragon, manipulate your emotions!"
A whirlwind condensed in mid-air, but already more than half the battlefield was under the Admiral's influence. Soldiers from both sides fought among themselves, anger, sorrow, and despair contorting their faces. Weapons were abandoned, cries rang out, and in some cases, despair drove fighters to attempt suicide.
"What's happening?" a Marine cried. "Why are our allies attacking each other?"
"Silver Dragon hasn't even touched them yet!"
Boom!
Silver Dragon extended his right hand to the sky, lightning tearing through the heavens. The firmament, once blocking the sky, froze, while thunder and lightning twisted into a massive vortex.
"Get away from that area! Admiral Silver Dragon is about to strike!"
"Retreat! All Marines, retreat!"
The rotating sky created a true apocalypse, pillars of lightning slicing through Marineford, tilting the battlefield, and turning reality into chaos. Many Marine generals barked orders to retreat as fear etched their faces.
"How is this possible? Even the weather…"
"The entire firmament is rotating!"
"This… this is terrifying!"
Within the Shichibukai camp, horror mirrored across every face. The sheer scale of Silver Dragon's power left the entire Marineford trembling. From the execution platform, Sengoku's expression was a mix of shock and grim acknowledgment.
Rumble…
Ten-meter-thick lightning pillars crashed onto Marineford, forming craters fifty meters deep, black smoke rising from the shattered earth. Electrical currents made hair smoke and stand on end. Silver Dragon's grin widened as he pressed down his right hand, calling forth:
"Raijin."
The black sphere of energy plummeted like a meteor, shattering the surrounding air with crackling destruction.
"Defense! Quick, everyone!"
After the storm's initial devastation, only the central plaza remained intact. The rest of Marineford had become a bottomless abyss, leaving the Grand Plaza as a lone pillar in the maelstrom.
Boom… boom…
Amidst the chaos, Dragon, Kizaru, and Silver Dragon collided. Fighting two opponents, Dragon managed to hold his ground. After a brutal clash, Silver Dragon narrowed his gaze at Kizaru, suspicion flickering across his features.
"What are you looking at?"
Kizaru, blood at the corner of his mouth, gripped Ama no Murakumo tightly, realizing Silver Dragon's scrutiny made him slightly uneasy.
Silent, Silver Dragon readied his weapon, Haji, diagonally, and charged toward Dragon. Vigilance sharpened; rumors of Kizaru possibly siding with the Revolutionary Army had not been forgotten. A sneak attack from him could be disastrous.
Suddenly, an overwhelming presence surged from the port, flattening the ground like a reaper harvesting wheat. Marines and Revolutionary soldiers alike were thrown down.
"Sabo!"
The Straw Hat Pirates arrived, Luffy leading the charge with Zoro, Ethan, Emma, and others, bursting into the battlefield like an unstoppable arrow.
"Straw Hat Pirates!"
"They really came," murmured onlookers. The execution platform's captive, Ace, made their intervention personal.
Luffy's arrival ignited excitement across the battlefield. Sabo, on the execution platform, and Garp, nearby, showed contrasting expressions—hope and apprehension.
Fufufu~
Doflamingo, casually dispatching an ordinary Revolutionary soldier, watched Luffy's group, a cold glint flickering in his eyes. Kuma, still waiting, followed Luffy with careful observation.
"Three Sword Style: Lion Song!"
"Thirty-Six Caliber Phoenix!"
"Stop them!"
Vice Admirals gaped. The Straw Hat Pirates' strength exceeded all expectations. Marines below Rear Admiral rank couldn't stand. Even Vice Admirals faced near defeat against these sudden, overwhelming forces.
The Revolutionary Army's presence kept other powerhouses engaged, leaving the Straw Hats closest to the execution platform.
"Luffy…"
A massive figure blocked their path, like a mountain incarnate.
"Grandpa."
Luffy halted, panic momentarily clouding his face.
"Luffy…"
Before Garp could finish, a club slammed down with sonic force, exploding the ground. Luffy and Garp were propelled apart, leaving stunned Marines in their wake.
"Keep going!"
Ethan dashed forward, disappearing with a remark, "I can't let you go any further."
Another figure stepped in—it was Tsuru.
Emma intervened, kicking Tsuru as she shouted, breaking through the blockade.
"Gear Fourth!"
Steam erupted from Luffy's body, launching him skyward like a cannonball toward the execution platform.
"Sabo!"
"Luffy!"
Sabo's tears streaked down his face. Seeing Luffy so close, he couldn't find words.
"I'll get you out immediately."
"Be careful."
A blinding golden light enveloped the execution platform. Sengoku, transformed into a giant Buddha-like form, raised his palm, condensing a devastating shockwave.
"You can't save him."
"Gum-Gum Balloon."
Luffy swelled, enduring Sengoku's blow as blood sprayed from his mouth and nose. The entire platform exploded. From the smoke and dust emerged Luffy and Sabo, battered but alive.
"Zoro!" Luffy roared. Ground explosions launched Zoro into the air, his blade cutting through Sabo's Sea Stone shackles.
"Luffy, you're still so reckless," Sabo scolded as he grabbed Luffy and slammed him down, helpless but relieved.
"Seems you've gathered many strong allies," Luffy replied with a grin. Pride and cockiness radiated from his expression.
Sabo glanced around at Nami, Emma, and others fighting nearby. Despite the chaos, he felt genuine joy for his comrade.
