Ino exploded.
"Forehead Girl! What's WRONG with you?!"
Sakura stiffened. "W–What did I do?"
Ino:
"What DIDN'T you do?! In the whole vision, you didn't help once! You even DRAGGED THEM DOWN!"
"Meanwhile Naruto is out there suffering horrible pain, fighting Orochimaru with everything he has, trying to save Sasuke—"
"But YOU?! The moment you saw Naruto like that, you made THAT face?!"
"And why were you crying the WHOLE TIME?! Why didn't you FIGHT?!"
"You're Haruno Sakura, not Haruno Eee-Eee-Eee!"
Sakura lowered her head.
She had no defense…
because the Sakura in the footage disgusted even herself.
All she did was cry.
All she did was whine at Naruto.
Other than that…
What else could she do?
Kiba shrugged.
"Compared to Naruto… Sakura's not even in the same league."
Rock Lee suddenly clenched his fists.
"Naruto! That move you used was SO COOL! Is that the power of YOUTH?!"
Might Guy's eyes shone.
"Lee! Once you grow even stronger, I'll teach you something equally cool!"
Lee gasped. "R–Really?! How cool?!"
Guy whispered, "Run 20 laps, and I'll tell you."

Lee vanished in a cloud of dust.
The scene continued.
Sakura, crying uncontrollably, ran toward the raging Naruto.
Yamato shouted:
"STOP! Sakura, do NOT approach him!"
But she didn't listen.
"Naruto, it's enough already—! I WILL save Sasuke! So you—!"
SLAP!!
A single Nine-Tails chakra tail whipped around—
—and smacked Sakura into the sky.
Yamato caught her in midair, then immediately used Wood Release to restrain Naruto.
Konoha — Chūnin Exam Arena
Ino stared.
"…Forehead Girl. I apologize."
Sakura brightened slightly.
Then Ino added:
"I was wrong earlier. You're not just good at crying—you're also good at making things WORSE."
Sakura: "…"
She wanted to argue—she really did—
but the vision had betrayed her completely.
Naruto was supposed to be the dead last.
How did she end up the weakest…?
Ino sighed dramatically.
"You're crying again! Look! SEE? You're doing it again!"
"From today on, Forehead Girl—you are no longer my love rival."
"Because you are—in every way—unworthy."
Sasuke muttered, "Naruto…"
Naruto turned. "Sasuke~?"
The scene continued.
Orochimaru, reduced to a writhing snake-body with only a head intact, slowly slithered back toward where he fought Naruto.
Sai watched from behind a tree.
"What is he planning…?"
Orochimaru looked pained, opened his mouth—
—and vomited out another full body of himself.
The newly spat-out Orochimaru collapsed on the ground, weak and exhausted.
Sai's eyes lit up.
"Now's my chance."
He walked toward Orochimaru.
Orochimaru murmured:
"It seems… time is almost up."
"This body is rejecting me again… what a shame. I wanted to play a bit longer today."
"I must endure… Sasuke is still waiting for me…"
Sai walked closer.
"Don't move. I'm not your enemy. I'm from Danzō."
The footage ended.
Inside the Reaper's Stomach (place where souls are sealed after a user performs the Reaper Death Seal)
Kushina and Minato looked equally tense.
"What happened to Naruto after that? I WANT TO SEE MORE!" Kushina shouted.
"Me too…" Minato murmured, brows furrowed.
Pure Land
Fugaku:Orochimaru… what are your intentions toward my Sasuke?!
Mikoto:Dear, don't worry. Didn't we see the future already? Sasuke kills him.
Madara:Orochimaru is truly disgusting…
Hashirama:Naruto has my necklace, plus Yamato's Wood Release. He should be safe.
Tobirama:
"Nii-san… do you think Naruto will fully control the Nine-Tails someday?"
Uzumaki Mito:
"If Naruto masters Uzumaki sealing arts, subduing the Nine-Tails would be easy."
Tobirama:
"Don't worry, Sister-in-law. Once I'm reincarnated, I'll teach Naruto ALL my forbidden techniques."
Konoha — Chūnin Exam Arena
Kiba: "Sai is working with Orochimaru? But he said he's with Danzō…"
Chōji: "Danzō… isn't he a Konoha elder—?"
Shikamaru immediately cut them off.
"Chōji. Kiba. Stop. Don't say another word."
Hiruzen's face darkened.
"Old friend… you've gone too far. Your sins are now exposed. I no longer need to tolerate you."
"But before I deal with you—
I must seize the Transformation Pill from Orochimaru and Sasuke."
Orochimaru licked his lips excitedly.
"The Transformation Pill reward is finally coming!"
Sasuke clenched his fists.
"Itachi… wait for me. Once I get stronger, I'll come for you."
Root Headquarters
"The footage has ended. It's time—the rewards will be distributed soon."
"All Root operatives, prepare for action!"
Danzō rose, leading his subordinates out of the underground base.
Hidden Cloud Village
"The Transformation Pill will be issued soon… Konoha's about to put on a show."
Raikage smirked.
"Mabui, are the spies deployed?"
"Yes, Lord Raikage. Everything is in place."
Hidden Stone Village
"Looks like the Fourth Great Ninja War is about to begin…"
Hidden Sand Village
"So Akatsuki's base has been located? Then I must go to Amegakure myself."
Ryūchi Cave — Lair of the Snakes
Manda roared furiously.
"HEY!! Is that it?! That wasn't even MY scene!"
"In Sasuke's clip I showed up at least for a moment!"
"But this time?! Only my NAME?!"
His roar shook the entire cavern.
