And the instant the portal's direction switches from Astaroth's dungeon to our dungeon, return home.
In service of that, I'd set intelligence on the enemy's position as the top priority, with rescuing the dark elves and eliminating hostiles ranked below it.
We were only four, but each of us was extraordinary in our own right, and our guerrilla campaign yielded massive results.
Mapping the enemy's layout and gimmicks was a given. We wiped out the succubi in their sector, killed and resurrected several of the enemy's executives, and on top of all that, managed to rescue seventeen dark elves held prisoner in one sector.
The remaining step was to return safely through the portal. But at that final stage, I'd walked straight into one hell of a trap.
