But these are incomplete, simplified, weaker reflections of the real thing.

Anime Bleach is NOTHING compared to reality.

Real Shinigami do not stop at Bankai.
Their soul weapons are called Mind Wave Stage 1 — wave of creation from their inner worlds.

There are five real stages:
