AIRPORT
Kara dragged her luggage out of the airport and scanned with her eyes for someone,then she saw someone holding a sign with her name on it , she smiled and walked towards the person.
" Mr Lin" she called out
" Miss Wayne, welcome let me help you with your luggage"Kara gave him her luggage and got into the car, seconds later Mr Lin got in and started driving.
The ride was silent which gave Kara the opportunity to think why her father called her back, she looked outside of the window and sighed, she will never forget the day her fiancee cheated in front of her in this same country,that is why she left and swore to never fall in love again
She closed her eyes to rest.
An hour later
" Miss we are here" Mr Lin informed her, Kara opened her eyes to see the majestic gate open, they drove in and passed by the fountain and some very beautiful flowers until they got to the main door , the car stopped, Kara opened the door and stepped out of the car.
"Welcome back miss Wayne"the rows of servants bow to greet her, Kara nodded her head and walked into the house, when she got to the living room she met her father on a phone call he waved at her,she waved back and went to the kitchen and saw her mother busy cooking and ordering the maids around, Kara smiled and hugged her mom from behind ,her mom turned and said " my baby look at how thin you are, you have not been eating well"
" Mum am fine okay, I've missed you "
" We also missed you princess " her father said and hugged her , they hugged for a while and pulled apart from each other.
" Baby, why don't you go upstairs and get some rest, when dinner is ready I will call you okay"her mom said
"Sure, bye "Kara left the kitchen and went to her room,as soon as she closed her door she flopped on the bed and slept off.

Kara woke up because of the constant knocking on the door , she groaned and stood up and walked to the door and opened it,"hey bestie"
" Chelsea "Kara hugged her bestie, and pulled her inside
"Thank goodness you are back,I have so much to tell you Kara, but first dinner is ready and your mum asked me to come call you down"
" Let's go then"they both exited the room and went downstairs .
At the dinning table
They all sat down and ate in silence,then her dad broke the silence " princess"he called out.
"Yes daddy"Kara raised her to look at me
"I will like you to come to the office tomorrow with me,I would like to introduce to someone to you "her father said
"Can I come during lunch,I have to go to 'kc' to get some paperwork done " Kara asked
"Sure "
The next day
Kara woke up and went to the bathroom and took her bath, she went to the walk in closet and wore a cream camisole and cream palazzo pants, she styled her hair into a ponytail,then put on simple make-up, picked up her bag and went downstairs.
"Baby come have breakfast"her mom said
"Sorry mum ,I will grab something on the way"Kara pecked her mom and ran out of the house,her mom shaked her head and went to the kitchen.

A silver Audi pulled up in the parking lot, Kara stepped out of the car and walked towards her private elevator and pressed the top floor.
Ding, the elevator door opened, she stepped out and walked towards the CEO office she passed by the desk of the secretary
"Miss Wayne you are back"the secretary said with a smile on her face
"Hi Lucy is Chelsea in the office"Kara asked politely
"Miss Anderson is currently in a meeting now "Lucy said
"Okay , when she is done inform her that I am here "Kara said and entered the office,as soon as she sat down the door was pushed open, she looked up and saw Chelsea rushing to her
"Slow down girl "Kara said
"You are here finally "Chelsea said and sat on the couch
Kara sat beside her and said "how was your meeting"
"Fine ,we are discussing about the fall season"Chelsea said
"I will get to work, and you will discuss this with team A"Kara said
"Well you are the boss"Chelsea said
"No we are the boss"Kara said , Chelsea smiled and left the office, while Kara got to work.
Lunch time
Kara left the office and drove to Wayne enterprises, when she got there she went straight to her fathers office, she opened the door and got in ."dad am here"
"Hey princess"her father said
"Hey dad"Kara walked to the couch and sat down
" so where is the someone i am meant to meet"
"He will be here soon" her father said
"He" kara raised an eyebrow
"Yes a h---" a knock iterrupted her father
"Come in" the door opened a man stepped in," Damain welcome" her father said
kara looked up and was drumbstruk this man was definitely created on the seventh day,their eye met his dark orbs was pulling her into an abyss ,but his eyes were empty and void of any emotions,she quickly looked away,"thank you for inviting me mr wayne"
"Have a seat" her father lead him to the couch were she was sitted he sat beside her
"This is my daughter kara,kara this is damain your fiancee" her father said
