"Um… M-Master, am I done now?"
Lopunny's face was flushed crimson, steam rising from her damp fur. Even the tips of her long ears trembled faintly.
"Alright, that's enough," Marzillo said with a light laugh, finally releasing the poor girl from his teasing.
Unlike the ever-bold and mischievous Gardevoir, Lopunny was gentle and shy—a good-natured Pokémon who often felt embarrassed by her own alluring appearance. Despite looking every bit like a charming bunny girl, her heart was still that of an innocent.
Still, whenever her trainer showed even the slightest bit of affection, her sensitive body would react immediately, leaving her flustered and helpless.
Marzillo couldn't help but chuckle to himself. "If I were to form a deeper bond with Lopunny… I wonder what kind of trait would appear?"
His curiosity lingered as his gaze trailed after her graceful figure hopping off toward the bath.
Meanwhile, Gardevoir appeared beside him without a sound, her soft voice carrying a playful lilt. "Master~ you promised to give me my candy reward tonight."
Marzillo looked up at the clock. "Ah… nine o'clock already."
He sighed. He'd forgotten earlier, and of course she hadn't.
In the bathroom, steam filled the air.
Lopunny stood beneath the shower, letting the warm water cascade over her fur, washing away the dirt from a long day of tending the fields. The warmth seeped into her muscles, easing away her fatigue.
She hummed softly, closing her eyes in comfort. Her gaze drifted toward a towel hanging from the wall—the one Marzillo often used.
She hesitated for a moment, then smiled faintly. "Master's scent…" she murmured softly. Somehow, her heartbeat quickened without reason.
Shaking her head, she scolded herself. "No, no, what am I thinking? I just need to finish washing!"
After a while, she dried off, still feeling an odd heat in her body that she couldn't quite explain.
"What's happening to me lately…?" she whispered, pressing a hand over her chest. Something felt different—her energy, her strength, even her awareness of her own body.
Before she could think further, faint sounds drifted from outside—voices, muffled but familiar.
"Master… and Gardevoir?"
Lopunny blinked in surprise, her long ears twitching as she listened. Whatever they were doing, it sounded… intense. Her cheeks burned red.
She quickly turned off the water, deciding she'd rather not know more.
Later that evening, Marzillo noticed her as she walked out of the bathroom, her steps light but slightly unsteady.
"Lopunny, are you alright? Was the water too hot?"
"N-No, Master," she stammered. "I think I just stayed in too long, that's all!"
Marzillo nodded, not pressing the matter. He was exhausted from his own "training session" with Gardevoir, but also pleased—his system had just revealed a new ability.
[Graceful Body] (Blue):
When equipped to a Pokémon, increases body control and enhances Fighting-type moves (Speed +15%, Power +10%).
When equipped to a Trainer, improves physical endurance and stamina during bonding activities (+25%).
Reading the description, Marzillo immediately thought of Lopunny. As a Normal-type who could Mega Evolve into Normal/Fighting, this trait was a perfect fit.
"System, equip Graceful Body to Lopunny."
A pulse of light flashed briefly, sinking into her form.
"Hm… doesn't seem to have changed much," Marzillo murmured.
But in truth, Lopunny could feel it—the subtle surge of power through her limbs, the heightened awareness of every movement. Her heartbeat quickened again, and her body felt strangely… warm.
"Wh-what's happening to me?" she whispered, covering her face in confusion. "Why do I feel so strange…?"
