Hellfire Chain had a painting of a burning steel chain and Glacial Touch had a cat paw that was enveloped in Death Ice.

"Hmmm?" The black cat widened its eyes a little.
Hellfire Chain had the usual power ups. Its maximum length and cool-down were lowered. But Glacial Touch straight up did not have a cool down.
"Doesn't this mean I can constantly stack Death Ice's destructive power onto someone else?"
