The relief was so overwhelming I could barely breathe. I threw my arms around his neck, crying fresh tears, this time out of pure gratitude. "Thank you... Thank you, baby. I love you so much."
Leon held me tight, his tone confident and gentle. "I love you with every beat of my heart, Beck. We're doing this together."
After we finally pulled apart, we turned back to the documents, but Leon was already several steps ahead. He didn't just skim the pages, he sprang into action. He was making calls at lightning speed, asking about the most exclusive, high-security residences in London to make sure I'd be completely comfortable. Between calls, he hunched over his laptop, researching the best neighborhoods and tapping into his network abroad.
