She crashed head first on the polished marbled floors of the open Grand Purple tower. It scared everyone as they all scurried back, their minds in a haze as they tried to understand just what happened.
Xueyao gasped and groaned in great pain as she laid there on the floor, her eyes facing the now dark, grey clouds above. She tried to get up by moving her legs and arms but it was a useless attempt.
She could no longer feel every single part of her body. It felt like being covered with thick clothes but you still feel naked deep inside.
It was a kind of pain no mortal, immortal or god should ever go through.
When she saw no one coming to her rescue, instead they all pushed back in fear of her, Xueyao accepted that she was indeed going to die right here and now.
At least, they get to see the murderer of their beloved queen die a brutal death right in front of them.
Xueyao turned her head away from them to stare at the grey and cloudy sky instead.
