Elisabeth's POV
My body turned to stone. Every muscle locked in place as terror flooded my veins.
Jefferson's hand was pressed against Andy's chest, his claws slowly sinking through flesh. Andy thrashed beneath him, mouth stretched wide in a soundless cry of agony, his fists beating uselessly against Jefferson's immovable form. Crimson liquid began flowing around the sharp talons, soaking through Andy's white shirt and creating dark puddles on the polished floor.
The horrific scene jolted me back to life.
"Jefferson!" My scream tore through the thick silence that had settled over the room. The sound came out hoarse and shaking, carrying every ounce of fear coursing through me. "Stop this now!"
