"The Triple Threat Terror Squad? The Three-Woman Wrecking Crew?"
Laughter bubbled out of me so hard I nearly smudged nail polish across Alana's expensive silk sheets. I steadied my hand and gently nudged her ankle with the brush handle. "Hold still unless you want cherry red polish permanently embedded in your bedding. And seriously, does every name you come up with have to sound like a bad action movie?"
Alana's eyes rolled so dramatically I worried they might get stuck. Despite her exasperation, I caught the hint of a smile playing at her lips. "What else am I supposed to call them? There are literally three of them plotting against you. But in all seriousness, Mandy, this isn't some random coincidence. Candace, Cathrine, and now Rosalyn joining forces? You're the bull's-eye on their target."
