Once the Goblin Champions surrounded the beast, they kept it busy, distracting it from Red. They made sure the beast couldn't get to Red. That forced the beast to give up on chasing Red as it accumulated more wounds. It realized that it could no longer ignore the Goblin Champions.
The Goblin Champions' coordination improved as the battle continued. They would cover each other. When one of them was thrown by the beast, the other would come to cover that position.
Red took a deep breath. Even though the beast was big, it kept moving. Its body wriggled around, and its movement was quick; added to the quick reaction, this beast was the hardest target he had ever faced.
"Let's see how powerful Essence Mana is…" He muttered in a low voice as he fired the first shot.
