The next day.
Lisa and Sofia went to a famous bookshop to buy stationery. Then Sofia picked a red pen.
"I don't think I'll need that," Lisa said, shaking her head.
"You will. Won't you mark his work?"
Lisa rolled her eyes and took the red pen. "Anyway, I should have it, just in case."
After shopping for stationery, Sofia dragged Lisa to a boutique. "You need sexy clothes, Lisa."
"No! Don't you read the rules?!"
Sofia laughed. "That's not what I mean. Not even for them, I mean for Andrew." She giggled.
"The motherf**ker?" Lisa rolled her eyes. Andrew was the one disturbing her to date him, but he wasn't the serious type. "It seems most of the poor dudes have the same mentality," Lisa sighed.
Sofia chuckled. "That's why I like rich men."
Lisa chuckled too. "My ex is rich, remember?"

They both burst into laughter.

Sofia rolled her eyes in annoyance. "Ugly! I said you need a serious relationship! You're twenty-seven for Christ's sake! Just because you have a beautiful face and good body doesn't mean you're okay!"
Lisa sighed and looked at her. "I heard you. But let me make money first. Maybe if I'm rich, I'll attract rich serious men. I'm tired of hearing, 'If you can submit yourself to me, I'll spoil you with all my money.'"
"Hahaha!!!" Sofia roared in laughter, scaring everyone in the boutique. They gave them weird looks.
"Sofia, you're embarrassing me. Look, people are watching."
"Who cares? Well, I trust my fiancé, he won't dare mess with me."
"Because you're both rich."
Lisa chose the black suit and prepared to wear it the next day. She looked at her reflection and sighed. She wanted to make a little money and connections to bring her ex down.
Her phone rang. She picked it up and sighed. "How is it, Jeff?"
"It's true, Lucy. That bastard has claimed your company and is ready to give it to your stepsister."
Lucy's eyes widened. "What?" She clenched her fists. "I knew it! That bastard is using me to please my sister!" She couldn't believe the company her mother left for her was gone just like that. How could she lose it to her evil stepsister?
"You should know your stepmother and sister have eyes on your mom's company. Desmond's approaching you was just a trap!"
"I thought he loved me!!"
"How could he? He likes your sister more because she dresses sexily and uses her body to keep men. She knew you were in love with him."
"Shit!" Lucy gritted her teeth. She was indeed in love with him. She used to work hard to please him and even helped him in his company. "If not for me, he's nothing!"
"What will you do about it? He's not simple, be careful. He has good connections," Jeff warned.
"Thank you, Jeff." She hung up and ruffled her hair. She couldn't believe he dared to trick her into giving up her mother's company. Her father trusted that company in her hands, what would he say if he heard about this?

They mocked her and compared her to the "top widow."
The last time she went to that reunion was when she was dating a man working as a waiter in a restaurant. He really came to get her, but he ended up embarrassing her. He dressed abnormally, making everyone laugh at her.
"Maybe I'm not meant to have a serious boyfriend," she sighed. She didn't even want to think about those old rich men asking for her hand in marriage, some even wanted her to be their mistress!
"That will never happen!" She shook her head and started preparing for the next day. She never felt comfortable with any man. She suddenly thought maybe most of the problem was from her. She was the one looking for Mr Perfect.
She had a very high taste in men. Even her mother once told her to lower her standards because it's not possible to find all those qualities in one man, men like that only exist in movies and novels.
"Well, I'll continue thinking about my problems after I make money first. The most important thing now is how to deal with that Donovan little devil!" she sighed and grabbed her laptop. Then she went to Google and searched "How to tame a dragon in human form!"
Sofia, who entered unannounced, looked at her laptop in disbelief. "Dragon in human form?" Then she burst into laughter, startling Lisa.
"Jeezzz! You scared me!" Lisa glared at her and quickly closed the laptop. She watched Sofia continue laughing.
"Well, it's not funny! You're the one who said he has a bad temper, same thing as a dragon! They breathe out fire before thinking!"
"Well, Google won't help you, darling. You should talk to the head maid. She's old and experienced. I heard she's the one who nursed him since childhood. So don't think too much about him, okay?"

"Yes, you do. Now go get ready for tomorrow. You'll be facing the dragon and spending four good hours with him, what a time!!"
