Patty you're back, said an excited voice while hugging him from behind. Patrick stood frozen at his door step, wondering why he hadn't gone inside yet, I'm so happy you're finally back, said Penelope as she turned him around and hugged him tightly from the front, Patrick who still could'nt move stood there towering over the now 5''7 Penelope, struck by her beauty. Penelope was in sky blue jeans and a black net crop top, which showed her black bra, with her long choco curly brown hair down, and her glistening hazel brown eyes, and her now defined figure, which made her look like an hour glass, she pulled back a little bit, still holding him and gave him a bright smile, while looking straight into his eyes. Patrick felt his heart racing, and was weak in the knees, after seeing this beautiful smile he had longed for, for years. Oh my gosh, the famous doctor is back, hi aunty, Patrick said and smiled. Wow you've really become a man haven't you, it feels like yesterday Penelope would vomit on you and you'd run around crying, Estella said and giggled. Oh wait Patty, I have something for you, Penny said and ran next door.
As Penelope disappeared into her house, Patrick desperately gasped for air, his mom smiled at him and told him to come in. Two days later was a monday morning, Patrick wore a black suit, and Jordan's he was excited for work because he'd get to be closer to Penelope. He rushed downstairs and ate some toast his mom made before she left for work, as he opened his front door he saw Penny who immidiately smiled at him, he stood with his mouth agape for a while. She wore her school uniform, which was a white short sleeve T-shirt, an ash flay skirt which hugged her tightly around her waist, and black shoes, with cute puffy white socks, she had her hair tied in a neat bun with two strands falling beautifully from her forehead to her face. Like what you see, she asked, which made him snap out of it and clear his throat, no what do you mean, he asked in a shaky tone, like he was caught stealing meat from his mom's pot. Penny giggled and said, It's similar to your reaction on saturday, I mean you didn't even hug me back, she said with a little pout, what are you doing here, Patrick asked. Oh, you're changing the topic, well I missed my school bus and no one's home, oh and I'm running late, so?, he urged her to get to the point. Oh come on Patty I know you're my school's new nurse, which is weird, I thought you studied medicine but you're a nurse, who told you that, he asked a little bit shocked. I noticed you still have your bike, she said smilling mischieviously at him. Patrick helped Penelope wear a helmet, and got on, you know I've never gone on a bike ride before, said Penny in a fearful tone holding him tightly, Patty smiled softly. As Patrick started riding, he felt her loosening up, in a few seconds she spread her arms and was screaming weeeee in excitement, Patrick adjusted the mirror to be able to see her face, the wind is soo cold and nice, it feels like I'm flying, said Penny. Penelope held him again, she started tracing her fingers from his chest to his abs, wow Patty you're ripped, she said, which made Patrick blush a little. Penny reaches further and starts playing with his adam's apple, which makes him gulp, woah it's going up and down, stop that I'm driving, oh I'm sorry, Penny say and giggles, she reaches down and grabs his chest with both hands, wow so strong, I said quit it, Patrick says in a low husky tone. They arrive at school, as they enter the school doors, a scruffy looking kid a little bit taller than her, with white glasses rushes towards Penelope in excitement, grabs her hand and says, I've been waiting for you, I thought you were going to be late again.
The kid notices Patrick and greets him. This is Steven my classmate, and my friend, says Penelope, with a weird smile, as she slowly removes her hand from Stevens tight grip. Steven this is our new nurse, and my great babysitter, oh he's also my next door neighbour and my best friend, she says excitedly, Steven looks at her weirdly, she doesn't notice cause she's looking at Patrick, but Patrick sees him and instantly understands what's going on. I've told you about him right, asked Penny, yes of course all the time, Steven says, sounding a little bit annoyed, I've heard so much about you sir its so nice finally meet you, said Steven, nice to meet you too dude, Patrick replied with a smile. As Patrick walked through the hall, everyone turns, some girls screaming excitedly and blushing, some teachers even winking at him, and whistling at him as he walks through unfazed. Pen stop dozing off Ms Jackson will kick you out, says Steven, giving penny a nudge, fine then atleast I'll be out of his gloomy atmosphere, It's just third period, It'll almost be lunch time just hold out a little longer, and you know I have a surprise for you, said Steven excitedly.
Patrick was in his office organising some stuff, wearing brown see through glasses, that made him look like a model, when he heard a knock, come in he said. Penelope opened the door and rushed in, you don't seem like your injured, said Patrick, maybe because I'm not she replied giggling, wow when did you start wearing glasses, you look even hotter, you should have been a model not a doctor. All the females in school love you already, I heard your office was full this morning, they were also taking pictures of you, Patrick just looked at her without saying a word. You know class was soo boring so I came here as soon as I could, during lunch time?, he queried, don't worry I already ate quickly, said smiled proudly. You know you shouldn't rush your food right, oh yes Mr doctor, Penny took a deep breath and said, you know what, you're even more tiring than class, but how is that even possible, such a hadsome guy like you, one would think you'd be a little fun. I hope you're not doing terrible in school again, he changed the subject after blushing over the fact that she called him handsome, just because I stopped tutoring you, he asked. No, Steven helps me, he's really smart, he's got the glasses to prove it you know, how long have you known Steven, Patty asked. Two years I think, we met in middle school, he was severely bullied, but the teachers didn't notice and he didn't seem like he was gonna talk, so I took matters into my own hands, and called the teachers to where they were beating him, the student's were expelled, we've been friends since then, why, oh nothing just curious said Patrick.
The closing bell for school rang, lets go, Steven said holding her hand, where? Penelope asked, you should eat two almonds a day, did you forget already, I have a surprise for you. Steven and Penny were walking hand in hand down the road, when all of a sudden they were pulled into a dark alley. We meet again, a girl who's face wasn't clear said, Steven instantly knew who it was, please don't do this, he pleaded, shut up, two guy's said as they started beating him. Stop it, said Penelope, I was the one who got you guys expelled talk to me, she said fearlessly, It's also his fault pretty one, he could'nt hide the fact he was getting bullied, said one of the guys. With that the five teens started fighting, seeing that Penelope and Steven were wining them, the girl picked a brick to scare them. Penny didn't see the brick and grabbed the girls hair, the girl hit Penelope on her head with the brick as hard as she could, realising what she had done, the three kids ran away, Steven screamed and rushed to Penelope who immediately fell into his arms. Blood gushing out from her head, Steven held her head trying to stop the bleeding, at this point he was drenched in blood, and was crying uncontrollably.
I'm, I'm fine Penelope managed to say with a faded smile, as she gave up. I can't believe she left without telling me, Patrick thought to himself, as he heard a scream, he saw Steven rush out of and ally covered in blood and tears. Patrick stopped his bike, got off quickly and Steven rushed to him, what's wrong, Patrick asked, Steven couldn't speak and just pointed towards the alley, Patrick went closer and screamed. No no no no Penny stay with me Penny, carrying her head on his legs, noticing the blood, he tore his shirt and tie the place that was bleeding, he was in a cold sweat, he was crying silently as he checked her pulse, his hands shivering, he took a deep breath, and called an ambulance.
