It works with Ride Gears, gear-shaped coins bearing the faces, symbols, or weapons of specific Riders, allowing the user to summon their powers, fuse multiple Riders for stronger abilities, or draw energy from objects and animals. The Driver is linked to the user's DNA and can only be used by them; both the belt and Ride Gears can disappear into smoke at will and reappear with a thought. Once created, remaking the Driver becomes far easier, and the user can also manifest weapons like guns, swords, or other tools outside the Rider suit, provided they have the focus, willpower, and mental energy. The more the user explores their imagination, the more forms, powers, and tools they can create, making the ImagDriver the ultimate device for the ultimate Rider.
Ride Gear:
Ride Gears are physical manifestations of the user's imagination and focus, created to act as keys for the ImagDriver. Each Ride Gear represents one of the Riders, one of their forms, or one of their weapons, containing the condensed power, abilities, and essence of the Riders. When inserted into the ImagDriver, the Ride Gear allows the user to access the associated Riders' powers, abilities, or weapons. Multiple Ride Gears can be combined or "fused" to create hybrid forms, combining the strengths of several Riders at once. They can also be created from objects, animals, or other sources of inspiration, as long as the user has the focus, willpower, and imagination to form them. Ride Gears are linked to the user's DNA, making them usable only by their creator, and can disappear into smoke at will, reappearing whenever the user desires. Forming a Ride Gear for the first time requires immense concentration, and fusing multiple Gears or creating weapons consumes mental energy, though once created, Ride Gears can be remade or summoned more easily. Essentially, Ride Gears are the fuel of the ImagDriver, turning imagination into tangible powers and abilities.
First Gear: Imagi
Kamen Rider: Imagi is the embodiment of imagination and adaptability. It has limitless potential and is essentially a blank slate, serving as the foundation for all other transformations. When in the Imagi form, the user gains enhanced physical abilities and heightened senses, making them faster, stronger, and more perceptive. This form is required to activate or fuse with any other Ride Gears; no other Rider powers can be accessed without it active in the center. While the base form's appearance cannot be drastically altered, as it serves primarily as a conduit, the user can create their own personal weapons in this form. Imagi also enhances the user's ability to manipulate and fuse other Ride Gears, making it the key to unlocking the full potential of the ImagDriver. Its strength lies in versatility, creativity, and the user's imagination, allowing them to adapt to nearly any combat scenario.
