Elmer Bolton

Elmer has pale skin, black hair and red eyes. He has a scar on the left corner of his mouth wich gose up to his cheek.
Born as the son of Roos Bolton and a Asaahi Witch, he grew up having to survive his half brothers, Ramsay snows sadistic cruelty.
He has a hazy memory of what he presumes to a past life, in a strange world with towering glass monoliths, alit with countless stars wich burned without a flame.
Bloodtax, a magic sword left behind for him by his mother, is a large Executioner greatsword, meaning it has a flat edge instead of a tip at the front, designed for cutting and beheading.
The system is prety bare bones, killing grants runes, depending on the streanght of what he killed. These runes can be used in his sleep to upgrade his stats. There are added parts to his abilities to make them fit better into the world of Westeros like his sorcery being tied to blood magic, using his own vitality on top of his focus.
Leveling: Each next level costs 1.5 tines more than the previous one rounded up
From level 1 to 2 its 100 runes, from 2 to 3 its 150 (100 X 1.5 = 150), from level 4 to 5 its 338 runes (225 X 1.5 = 337.5), 5 to 6 its 507 (338 X 1.5 = 507) and so on.
Template: he gains the powers of Elmer / the Aberrant spells as he levels up.
Stats:
Vigor: his health, and how resilient he is towards poisons and diseases
Mind: how much focus/mana he has
Endurance how much stamina he has and how durable he is against cold and heat
Strenght: how strong he is and how much he can cary
Dexterity: how dexterous he is as well as how fast
Intelligence: his afinity for sorcery magic
Faith: his afinity for the gods and divine magic
Arcane: his general sensibility for the unnatural as well as how resilient against it he is.
Rough runes drops/ powerscaling
A Rat = 1 rune
A normal human = 50 runes
A foot soldier = 100 runes
A knight = 200 runes
A Dragon = 50,000 runes
I'd put the dragon's on/ around Agheels level.
Night king = unkown because from the show I'd put him at Crucible knight (unnamed variant) at best, but lore wise/ buildup wise he'd be closer to a Runebearer (Godrick at worst to Renalla at best).
