"But the thing is… I don't even know what I'm missing," Azul stated quietly. "You can remember your old world, but I can't even remember anything about my past."
As the conversation grew heavier, Roxanna decided to put her mission aside for a while so she could comfort her husband.
"Azul… what's the last thing you remember?" she asked gently.
His eyes shifted restlessly. He looked lost—confused, even a little scared—like he was trying to grab onto something that kept slipping away.
"I'm not really sure," he admitted after a while. "My memories are blurry… but I can see myself walking on a beach. And then… suddenly, I'm in the middle of a forest, and Loba caught me."
There was a big hole in his memory, and no matter how hard Azul tried to fill it, he couldn't.
He felt hopeless, like there was a wall in front of him, preventing him from moving forward.
