"As I said, Chakra is almighty energy. It can do anything. And for humans, it can become a source of their strength."
"To fight beings beyond their comprehension. Like me! Until you die, you can even use Chakra to fight me."
At this moment, Rogers stared at the man.
He wasn't sure if Chakra was all that powerful, but he was sure of one thing. This man, Devil, wasn't lying to him.

Unless he was willing to transfer all of the energy from his dimension, he wouldn't be able to create it.
Chakra Seed was just a concept for now.
