Immediately the video call connected, Lucas saw April's face and he couldn't hide his seductive smile.
"Won't you ask me where I'm staying?" Lucas stood up from the task chair and walked into the large master bedroom.
"You're probably staying at one of your villas. And considering the nature of your job being into real estate business, I won't be surprised if you have a private villa to settle in or– do you have a taste for staying at a hotel?"
Lucas chuckled before replying to her words. "That's correct! I'm staying at a villa. What would you do if I said I was staying at a hotel?"
"Nothing! I would just assume you have a different taste and style of your own" April smiled softly
Lucas smiled before he took a deep breath and changed the topic "How was your day?"
"It was good. I spent the night at Aunt Sophie's house yesterday and went to school in the morning, and then I'm back at the mansion"
