April sniffled and wiped her tears with the tissue Ruby grabbed for her in the room. Swiftly, the two friends climbed down the stairs and walked to the dining table to sit as they await breakfast.
April placed one hand on her belly and smiled slightly. With the aroma of the food, she was already feeling hungry.
Soon, the female staff began serving the meal for breakfast as most of them nodded slightly to greet April.
As they finished serving the food, April smiled like a child that had long awaited for a holiday. She continued smiling brightly looking at the warm toasted waffle with a topping of syrup, chopped grilled meat and with a few pieces of hash brown sausages.
There were also fruit slices placed on the table alongside the food dishes. April couldn't wait any longer and started picking a few pieces of sliced apples and watermelon into her mouth.
