Chapter 2 - PROLOGUE

PROLOGUE: Quirk Singularity, the still to be seen phenomenon in which the Quirk has reached a point in evolution that makes them so powerful at the cost of control, the very idea of a Quirk so powerful that its user simply can't control it and rather is controlled by the Quirk in question has been a recurring nightmare for scientists that study the Quirk phenomenon.

However genetics can take a crazy turn, especially when so said genetics can give someone the ability to shoot ice from their eyes. Or in the case of Izuku Midoriya, copy powers, not the Quirk type of course as he would learn…

"Okay…I feel stupid…FUS RO DAH!!"

The moment the three words left his lips, a wave of pure concussive force akin to a thousand shotguns fired at the same time leaves his mouth, blue energy that slams into the wall of his room, damaging the wall to the point of almost breaking a hole into it the size of All-Might, and actually breaking every single display he has there of the Symbol of Peace.

It was also loud, like really loud, the shout, his shout actually echoed out of his room, into the hall of his home, nearly scaring the hell out of his mother who barreled into the room with the grace of a tank breaking into a house of cards, and gasped immediately after seeing the damage on the wall and the state of shock he was in, as she didn't knew what has happened.

As for Izuku, whose fourteen year old brain was catching up with the fact he shouted a wall so hard it cracked out of means to let out some sort of anger out after Kaachan continued to bully him, only one thought came to his mind and was vocalized immediately.

"I'm…I'm Dragonborn"

Five hours later…

The bad news of their sudden rush to a Hospital was that Izuku was not Dragonborn, so no he wasn't going to go and kill a dragon and eat his or her soul.

Somewhere around the world, a lot of Quirk users with dragon themed Quirks breathed a sigh by no know reason.

The good news was that he had a Quirk, and someone was going to get his ass sued to the next century, if his mother had any say in the matter.

The Quirk specialist that had taken the case, and thankfully was not old, but rather middle-aged, had actually blinked in surprise at the result of the tests, especially when Izuku and his mother confessed than the one done to him when he was four was rather short.

This one covered everything, blood samples being the most prominent, alongside gathering of energy data, some Quirks do let out very exotic energies when used, Izuku was no exception.

He also nearly broke another wall when asked to do what he did on his room, and spooked everyone in the hospital, a fifteen floor hospital with over a five-hundred people coming in and out, the birds perched on the roof, the cats around, made the hospital security storm the room he was in, made the doctor jump out and land on his mother arms, who dropped him a second later, and may be responsible for making five women to go to immediately contractions and give birth, at the same time.

Suffice to say, he was overjoyed, his mother was overjoyed, the doctor…kinda was, he did nearly shouted a wall down, he is not Present Mic but he just lets out a powerful shockwave, Present Mic lets out several in consecutive succession.

Of course then came the testing back home, he didn't slept one bit, too excited to know what he could do, his Quirk was officially an Emitter type, and Izuku, being Izuku, now granted what he had wished for all his life, was testing it out.

There he discovered that what he had was not simply a Quirk mutation like Present Mic, focused on shouting so loud that you can launch someone into the air.

"FEIM ZII GRON!" As he became spectral in appearance, able to see through his own arms, but unable to touch anything he tried to interact on, and unable to be touched on once his mother came in once more to see what was all the yelling, Izuku realized there and there that what he learned when he was four was true.

No man was born equal, but something else became apparent. No man was born equal, and that was okay, for this showed the true character of a person.

Give man power, and his true character will show.

This happened to Izuku Midoriya
