After the events of the Winter Veil celebration at Lordaeron, many things had happened as time once again passed.
Alastor had met up with Archbishop Faol and through him learned more about the Light in general, Faol also showed Alastor how to correctly manipulate the Light as well as the significance of him being a Saint.
While many in the Church of the Holy Light had gained a favourable impression of Alastor after it was found out he was a recognized Saint of the Light even if he was a practitioner of magic.
Alonsus Faol was one of the few who had actually got to know Alastor as a person through their meeting and he had a very good impression of the kind and brave prince.
Faol had even introduced Alastor to other prominent members of the Church especially Paladins who had fought alongside Uther and were themselves powerful figures.
Tirion Fordring, Saidan Dathrohan, Alexandros and Turalyon were the Paladins that Alastor had the greatest impression off and had even made good relations with them.

Saidan was a noble and devout man and it was through him that Alastor met Tirion alongside his wife Karandra and son Taelan.
The young boy was very excited to see Alastor, having heard tales about the heroic prince suffice to say for many young men and children, Alastor had become the equivalent of a living role model.
Alastor already being very good and patient when it came to children had gladly entertained Taelan and even had a mock duel against him which he "lost".
The sight of Alastor's attitude with their son had gained Tirion and Karandra's good graces as well as their respect even if Tirion had heard good things from him by both Uther and Alonsus.
But seeing with his own eyes how the prince fell "dead" after his son hit him with his toy sword already gave him a glimpse of the type of person Alastor was.
Suffice to say Tirion found he very much liked the newly made Saint.
Turalyon's meeting was a experience for Alastor in itself since unlike many of his fellow paladin brothers, Turalyon was originally a priest under Alonsus Faol who became a Paladin after unlike the others who were either warriors or Knights.
Turalyon unique insight and understanding had always allowed him to see others as they truly were and he found a kindred spirit after meeting the prince of Stormwind.
Both of them were gentle people with a great love for those they protected not to mention both of them were the type of people who would rather not see conflict happen but would not hesitate to draw their weapons if innocent lives were at stake.
Alastor and Turalyon had quickly established a friendly relationship and many times they could be found together discussing about philosophy.
And finally there was Alastor's meeting with Alexandros Morgaine, the man was not only a High ranking Paladin but also Lordaeron's foremost General.
Alastor and Alexandros had actually met a few times as Alastor paid visits to Alonsus for lessons on the Light, it was in their last meeting that Alexandros had invited Alastor to visit his home.
It was a normal invitation made between high ranking Nobles that would go off the rails quick.....
Long story short, The day Alastor visited Alexandros his wife Elena had gone into Labour and while his second son was born, Elena herself was showing severe complications that terrified the normally headstrong General.
Especially when the doctor was not able to accurately help her in time due to insuring the baby's safety first.
Alastor had got the gist from the snippets of the conversation as soon as he came inside the house and moved without hesitation before anyone could react.
Alastor used whatever knowledge he had gained from the teachings of Alonsus Faol to manipulate the Holy Light to heal her.
He did not hold back at all and had even pulled in and purified Warp energy which seemed to meld well with the Holy Light as he also used a healing spell on her.
Baptized under a assault of both Holy Light and gentle purified Warp/Aether energy, Elena's condition grew visibly much better as she fell into a comfortable sleep on her birthing bed.
The Doctor had examined her and in a amazed tone told them that her condition was very stable now and that even the effects of her recent delivery seemed to have disappeared.
Alexandros let out a breath he didn't know he was holding as he wanted to thank Alastor profusely but didn't have the words, Alastor in turn told him instead to stay by his wife's side as he went away to wait.
Hours later when Elena awoke she found herself feeling great and not at all like she recently gave birth, she was told what had happened by her husband and quickly called Alastor back in the house.
"Prince Alastor you saved what was possibly more important than even my own life, I owe you a great debt" Alexandros kneeled towards Alastor to show him the utmost respect.
"General there's no need for that, I saw a tragedy about to happen and only interfered to prevent it you owe me nothing" Alastor instead waved his hand to dismiss any notions of him owing him.
"No! You were a guest invited by me and had no obligation of offering aid yet you still selflessly did, I owe you a debt!"
Alastor's eyebrow twitched at the stubborn man. "Well then as the one you owe this debt too, I refuse! You owe me nothing!"
"Boy! that's not how debts works! Only the debtor can say they owe the other and the receiver can only accept it. I OWE YOU A DEBT!"
"YOU OWE ME BLOODY NOTHING!"
"YES I DO YOU INSOLENT BOY!"
Elena was laughing her ass out as she saw two honourable men literally trying to "Out-honour" the other even as she held her newest son.
'Is this what it looks like when two honourable men haggle? I have seen everything now'
Beside her on the bed was her eldest son Renault who was looking between Alastor and his father with a extremely confused look.
Eventually the comedic display was diffused by Elena who also thanked Alastor.
"I owe you my life good sir, If you will not accept a debt than maybe will you accept our friendship?"
"That....is far more preferable" Alastor looked at Alexandros as they both gave the other a nod.
"Also this may seem a bit presumptuous of me but may I ask for a small favour Prince Alastor?"
"Of course my lady"
"Would you please name this little one?" Elena smiled down at the swaddled babe in her arms as Alastor's eyes widened especially when he saw Alexandros give a nod as well.
"Are you sure?" Having someone else name their child was considered a sign of great respect in Azeroth and caused him to hesitate for a moment since he did not consider his relationship with Alexandros to be that level.
"Why not?" Elena gave him a smile. "Having the legendary and heroic Alastor Wrynn personally name our child wouldn't be considered a dishonour, No?"
Alexandros continued where his wife left out. "After all that you have done over the years and what you have done for us today, this would only be a blessing"
Alastor relaxed as he very carefully took the swaddled babe in his hands and looked at the young one.
The baby squirmed a bit in it's swaddle feeling his mother's warmth vanish but then stopped as he "felt" a massive but gentle warmth hold on to him instead.
With great difficulty the babe opened his dark grey eyes and gave a curious look at the indigo eyed "giant" in front who was holding him.
Alastor smiled at the tiny human and knew the name to give. "Darion, it means gift"
Let this little one's birth be an occasion of happiness and not of an impending tragedy, thought Alastor as he returned the babe to his mother.
"Darion Morgaine" Elena and Alexandros tested the name and found they both liked it especially it's meaning.
After that day, Alexandros would become one of Alastor's most steadfast allies.
