After leaving the Sect's gate, Cloud lead the two toward the cave.
He started running when they can't see the gate anymore and the two are following closely behind.
Throughout the way, Cloud stays vigilant to make sure nobody is following them.
He is being very careful on this because the matter of the cave is very important to him.
There is no need to even mention if there are other treasures in the cave or not. Even the abundant and rich world qi in there is already something that would be very helpful to Cloud's current cultivation.
But it appears that Cloud's carefulness is unnecessary. There doesn't seem to be anyone that is interested on them throughout the way.
Their journey went on smoothly.
Soon, they arrive at the field of weeds.
Xiao Fan and Fang Yue start to notice something wrong there.
There are almost no world qi in this area.
This is probably the reason that this area is so barren and only filled with weeds all around.
After seeing the weed field, Cloud stop moving. He start looking around the area.
Xiao Fan and Fang Yue also stop since their guide doesn't move.
They took this time to look around and sense the peculiarity of this place further.
Meanwhile, Cloud is looking for clues that he left behind last time.
He left behind a few clues so that he can find the right place again. The weed field is massive after all. It's easy to get lost.
Cloud look around at things that stands out in the distance. He look for a few particular trees that he deliberately remember the last time he leave this place.
They still haven't enter the weed field so looking for trees is not that hard.
After walking further for a bit, Cloud slightly raise his eyebrows in reaction of finding the things he's looking for.
He recognize the tree in front of him.
He quickly run to it, look around the area, then find the other trees he remember.
Cloud then run into a tree in the middle of the other trees and he dug one root of that tree.
After moving a few handful of dirt, he finally found what he's looking for.
He had marked the root of this tree with his blade last time. And sure enough, he find the mark.
After finding the mark, Cloud look back at weed field opposite the root.
He run into the periphery of the weed field and start looking for something on the ground.
After looking for a while and successfully confusing Xiao Fan and Fang Yue, he finally found what he's looking for.
It is a rock that's a bit bigger than a fist.
Cloud used this rock for his next clue.
He had deliberately left behind this rock before.
After finding the rock, Cloud throw it away and said to the two: "We're here. Let's go."
He then walk into the weed field right away.
The two look at each other briefly before they start following Cloud.
Only later that they finally understand that Cloud is looking for clues he left behind.
As he walk through the weed field, Cloud takes out a paper and and a cloth from his space ring.
The two is not surprised that Cloud have a space ring because they also received one each from their master.
They just thought that the ring is something that's common.
But they wonder what Cloud is going to do with a paper and a cloth.
As they wonder, Cloud start folding the paper as he walk.
He then use the paper to cover his left eye and then he tie it with the cloth around his head.
"The place we're going to is dark. So I'm using this to make my eye adjust beforehand." Cloud explains to the confused two.
The two then show an expression that they understand. They don't ask anything further.
Cloud is moving while following the clues he remember.
At this place, he didn't left any others clues but there are still the weeds that he pushed down before.
Following those weeds are easy because they still haven't fully recovered after a week.
Although they are standing, the broken mark from Cloud pushing it down before are still there.
It doesn't take long until they arrive at the hole.
Cloud removes the dry weeds that he used as cover and everyone can see the hole then.
The weeds has become dry since they were cut by Cloud to cover the hole.
