*Chapter 5: The Interrogation*
The aftermath of the fight left everyone breathless, the air thick with tension. Piccolo, his expression stern, stepped forward, his eyes fixed on Ben and Ichigo. "Who are you, and what brings you to our world?"
Ben, still in his Saiyan form, took a deep breath, his energy dissipating as he returned to his normal state. "My name is Ben Tennyson, and I'm a hero from another world. I'm here because of a dark force that's threatening the universe. I've been tracking it, and I believe it's connected to the destruction of several planets, including Namek."
Piccolo's expression turned skeptical. "A dark force, you say? That's quite a claim. How do we know you're not just a foolish warrior looking for a fight?"
Ben pulled out the Reality Navigator, a holographic display flickering to life. "I have proof. This is a message from Azmuth, the creator of the Omnitrix. He sent it to me before I arrived in your world."
The Z-Warriors gathered around, their eyes fixed on the holographic display. Azmuth's voice echoed through the air, explaining the situation and warning Ben about the dark force.
Vegeta's expression turned skeptical, but he couldn't deny the evidence. "This is... disturbing. If what you say is true, then we have a grave responsibility to stop this dark force."
Piccolo nodded, his eyes narrowing. "We'll send Yamcha to investigate. If he's telling the truth, we'll know soon enough."
Yamcha, ever the opportunist, grinned. "I'll take care of it, guys. I'll make sure to bring back some souvenirs."
As Yamcha flew off, the Z-Warriors turned their attention back to Ben and Ichigo. Vegeta's eyes fixed on Ben, his expression intense. "You, Ben Tennyson. How did you transform into a Saiyan?"
Ben hesitated, unsure of how to explain. "Uh, it's a long story. The Omnitrix, it's a device that allows me to transform into different aliens. When I scanned Vegeta's DNA, it... well, it seems I got a bit more than I bargained for."
Vegeta's eyes widened, his expression turning thunderous. "You scanned my DNA?"
Ben nodded, feeling a bit uneasy. "Yeah, sorry about that. I didn't mean to-"
Vegeta's face turned red with rage, his energy exploding in a burst of fury. "You will pay for this, Tennyson!"
The Z-Warriors intervened, holding Vegeta back as he tried to attack Ben. Piccolo's voice was calm, but firm. "Not now, Vegeta. We have more important things to worry about."
As the tension dissipated, Ben let out a sigh of relief. He knew he had a lot to explain, but for now, he just wanted to find Goku and get the mission started.
"Let's just find Goku and get this mission started," Ben said, his eyes scanning the horizon.
Ichigo nodded, his expression grim. "Agreed. We've got a dark force to stop."
The Z-Warriors exchanged a look, their determination palpable. It was time to get to work.
