Now, trying to read the skills and the new section that had appeared, [Traits], he realised that he couldn't see all except a few.
"Why can't I read its full status sheet?" Elias asked Queen Anna.
"Your level is a little low to look at its full status sheet and description," Queen Anna's voice sounded in his mind. "To fully appraise the monster, you need a special item or be a level higher than it. Right now, you're two levels below that monster, so it's understandable that you can't fully see through it. At most, you can only appraise a monster up to Level 18. Beyond that, appraisal won't work until you level up."
Elias nodded inwardly.
The others' eyes were also focused on the monster. At the same time, they shifted their gaze to properly look at the hall before them.
Scattered across the hall were dead bodies, dressed in grey robes with silver embellishments similar to the frail old man but of lesser quality, each with mutilated bodies and strange flowers and thorns growing out of them.
They soon found the culprits. They were strange, humanoid, tree-like beings like the other, with arms shaped like thorn-like swords or hammers, bathed in blood.
Their feet were like smaller roots of a tree, creating the sound of a branch scratching against marble with each step, yet they approached them agilely. They were all Elite monsters as well.
"HAAAHH!!" A muscular woman, fair-skinned with red hair tied in a bun, stood at a terrifying two meters tall, dressed in a mix of leather and metallic cuirass that exposed her refined, detailed abdominal packs and back, with flexible greaves of similar material reaching all the way to her waist.
In her grasp was a large hammer about one meter tall with spikes on both ends. She charged forward at the Thorn Juggernaut standing before the frail old man without hesitation, her heavy spiked hammer shone with a pale blue light as she swung backwards.
"DIIEE!!"
BANNGG!!
Her hammer crushed the side of the beast, drenching it with a surge of water that sent it flying several meters backwards.
Without giving the monster time to react, she closed the distance between it in an instant, spun to the side along with her hammer, and struck the monster's torso once more. Accompanying her strikes was a surge of water cutting through the monster, smashing its wooden body to the ground.
However, the monster was durable; the instant a crack appeared, it swiftly regenerated its body. Yet, the muscular woman's strikes were even more relentless, consistently smashing down her hammer, causing even a crater to form on the ground below them.
"DIIEEE!! DIEEE!!"
"Strong," Elias muttered under his breath.
After the muscular woman's attack, the Thorn Juggernauts instantly got into a strange battle formation. There were twenty in total.
"Dodge!" The moment the sound emerged, Elias reacted swiftly. He leapt backwards, and at that instant, several fast-growing thorn vines surged up from the ground where he had been standing.
However, a few of the Awakeners who had arrived were caught.
"ARGGHH!!" Lyrac and a figure clad in tight, black, fitted attire screamed in pain as the vines entangled them, squeezing mercilessly.
A man dressed in full silver armour, adorned with intricate designs and wearing a helmet that concealed his face, had also reacted swiftly. Dodging the vines from the ground, he charged from the platform at a Thorn Juggernaut.
With a sword in hand, he engaged one of the monsters, weaving through them and attacking from behind. Though the monsters possessed formidable constitution and strength, they were very slow, and anyone with high agility could dodge their attacks.
From the corner of his eyes, Elias observed the figure clad head to toe in tight black attire. The moment the veins loosened their grip, he sank into the shadows and reappeared behind a Thorn Juggernaut, two daggers in hand, thrusting them into its head and leaving deep scratches.
Before the monster could react and turn around, he vanished again, attacking from behind once more.
Meanwhile, a one-and-a-half-meter-tall wolf with white fur and two unicorn-like horns appeared in a mysterious mist before Lyrac and began chewing through the thorn vines.
Lyrac clutched his bloody body and leapt onto the beast. The wolf transformed into mist along with him. They traversed instantly, then shifted back into their physical forms, landing atop a Thorn Juggernaut and catching it by surprise, sending it crashing toward the ground.
The wolf bit the monster's head with a roar while Lyrac held on tightly. The wolf Lyrac rode possessed astonishing speed and strength as it clashed head-on with the Thorn Juggernaut, engaging it fiercely.
Elias finally had the opportunity to get a proper look at the other Awakeners who had entered the dungeon with him. Each of them was powerful in their own right, capable of engaging this monster individually.
Although he didn't know whether any of them had awakened a unique ability, he was certain they all possessed a Class, some of which he could guess as an apocalypse enthusiast and from the various dazzling skills they were displaying on the battlefield.
"These Awakeners seem to have awakened a Class. They are all equally impressive to have made it this far. It's also likely that a few of them have awakened a unique ability, so be careful. It would be disgraceful if you were to die here and I'm forced to reveal myself," Queen Anna's nonchalant voice, tinged with seriousness, resonated within Elias's mind.
"I don't plan on dying," Elias replied with a wide smile. "But for now, I also need to participate. I can't allow them to grab all the EXP points."

Elias disappeared into a blur, appearing before a Thorn Juggernaut in an instant. He rained down his solar-infused fists onto the monster's head.
