Chapter 55 - Full Power

The span of twenty-something hours passed in a blink.

When Allen and Bodoro stepped out of the room, Allen immediately noticed Killua waiting by the door.

The young boy had a dangerous smile on his face and exuded a faint killing intent. "Need some help? Assassination is my specialty!"

"No, thank you. Since you've decided to stop being an assassin, it's best never to let yourself fall into the darkness again. Go be with Gon; he has a match tomorrow." Allen gently shook his head, declining the offer.

He finally understood why Killua consistently won against Gon with overwhelming vote counts in countless popularity polls for Hunter x Hunter characters.

Beyond his handsome and adorable looks, his maturity and high emotional intelligence, far exceeding that of his peers, were the most important factors.

Furthermore, in critical moments, his judgment and reactions never failed his friends and companions.

"Are you sure? They are Floor Masters. And there's more than one of them!" Killua raised an eyebrow in surprise.

Allen smiled and held up one finger to explain: "Correction. Being a Floor Master doesn't mean you're strong. For example, Hisoka and your older brother Illumi possess strength far exceeding that of most Floor Masters. They could easily kill two or three Floor Masters and escape unharmed in a setting with no restrictions. So please don't overestimate the Floor Masters. In reality, Heavens Arena is only considered an entry-level location in the eyes of some powerful Nen users."

"I see. So, Gon and I still have a long way to go, right?" Killua's expression turned thoughtful.

"That's right. But given both of your talents, you should be close to, or even capable of defeating, most Floor Masters in about six months to a year. Alright, enough chitchat. I'm in a hurry to keep my appointment. If you encounter any trouble in your training or ability development in the future, you can call me. Goodbye!"

With that, Allen stepped into the elevator, waving his hand before the doors closed.

A few minutes later, with a ding, the two finally arrived in the lobby on the first floor.

By this time, nearly thirty Nen users of various kinds had gathered outside the door, clearly intending to witness the "war" between Allen and the Floor Masters up close.

"Heh heh~ Do you need me to help you clear out these annoying flies?" Hisoka emerged from a dark corner, a pathological, bloodthirsty smile on his face.

"Do you remember what you promised me?" Allen asked without turning his head.

"Of course! I've already hired Illumi to take care of it. Don't worry, none of those Floor Masters will escape. And I will personally witness the sight of your slaughter." Hisoka fiddled with the cards in his hand, fiercely suppressing the boiling desire for battle within him.

He could already smell the thick scent of blood emanating from Allen, and he saw the seriousness and focus, the look only a Hunter exhibits when stalking prey, in those violet eyes.

"In that case, do as you please. But a word of warning: don't interfere, or don't blame my arrows for not having eyes."

Having said this, Allen mounted a brand-new motorcycle he had purchased yesterday and sped off down the highway.

Bodoro, riding another one, followed closely behind.

The two, one after the other, enacted a scene of speed and fervor on the night road.

In any case, they both held Hunter Licenses, allowing them to ignore certain irrelevant laws and regulations.

Coupled with the aid of Nen, they had no need to worry about traffic accidents.

Relying on a terrifying speed of up to 200 kilometers per hour, it wasn't long before they left the city and reached the predetermined location.

The moment the two dismounted their motorcycles, they clearly saw over a dozen Floor Masters already waiting for them.

Seeing this, Allen immediately blew a whistle, summoning his Shadow Wolf Alpha, Lupos, and causing his equipped gear to materialize.

Instantly, a Hunter, wielding an Ancient Bone Bow and clad head-to-toe in the Tier 0 set, appeared in everyone's line of sight.

He first gave the Martial Artist beside him a knowing glance, then walked forward, curling his lips as he spoke: "Let's skip the boring mutual greetings and get straight to the slaughter!"

"All together! Kill this arrogant brat!"

The Floor Masters were clearly infuriated by his casual and insolent attitude. They quickly activated their abilities and surrounded him from all directions.

Just as they were confidently moving to tear the boy to shreds, Allen, without another word, drew a Thorium Arrow from his quiver and pulled his bowstring taut.

[Nen Ability: Enhancement]

[Imbue Arrow Attribute: Tearing, Rotation]

[Nen Ability: Transmutation]

[Imbue Arrow Attribute: Liquefied Air]

[Nen Ability: Emission]

[Imbue Arrow Attribute: Aura Burst]

Under the superposition of multiple different Nen attributes, the arrow in his hand exuded a terrifying, chilling aura.

Through Spirit Bond, Lupos immediately realized what his master was about to do and quickly threw back its head, letting out a piercing howl: "Awooooo!!!"

[Pet Ability: Howl, Increases Attack Power]

The next second...

Aimed Shot!

Multi-Shot!

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Accompanied by the roaring sound of jet propulsion and the visible white shockwaves, four arrows shot through hundreds of meters instantly like missiles, striking the four Floor Masters charging at the front.

The most unfortunate one was instantly sliced in half at the waist by the sharp, rotating arrow!

Bloody spine, intestines, and other internal organs scattered through the air.

His lower body was frozen solid by the ultra-low temperature effect of the Liquefied Air before shattering into countless crystalline ice shards composed of blood and minced flesh.

In just one exchange, four Floor Masters instantly lost their combat ability!

The Red Dragon was equally impolite, quickly materializing and charging in to envelop the survivors, who were not yet completely dead, in cocoons and swallow them whole.

Such an astonishing sight caused even Hisoka, who had just arrived and who was known for his indifference, to instinctively stop, half-disbelieving what his eyes had just witnessed.

But Allen completely ignored the stupefied reactions of others. He casually drew four cards from the many that floated before him, then nodded with satisfaction: "Hmm, not bad! To be so lucky as to draw an ability right at the start."

The moment the words fell, he pulled his bow again, repeating the process, and instantly four more Floor Masters were brutally slain under the combined power of Aimed Shot and Multi-Shot.

The speed was so fast it was like mechanized butchery lining up cattle and sheep. The opponents had no room for resistance whatsoever.

Because of the Emission ability, Aura Burst, every arrow fired was a genuine supersonic projectile.

Coupled with the double Enhancement of Tearing and Rotation, plus the baseline damage and ranged Attack Power bonus of the skills themselves, anyone hit was instantly killed, and anyone grazed was crippled. The destructive power was maximized.

Let alone these amateur Floor Masters from Heavens Arena, even the Star Hunters of the Hunter Association might not have been able to dodge it.

This simple, brutal, and incredibly efficient slaughter immediately drove one point home to every witness present.

That is, Allen had been deliberately hiding his formidable strength during his matches in the arena!

The figure standing before them now, wielding a bow and arrow, ruthlessly slaughtering and devastating the Floor Masters like mere livestock, was his true, complete form.
