Leonardo's POV
Cecile gestured for us to leave. "You should all head back now. Don't hover around here. Charlie and Camila will look after me. I'm perfectly fine."
She wanted us gone so we could spend time together, not waste it lingering here. Cecile didn't want to become the reason we missed our own intimate moments.
After we stepped out, Camila caught up and whispered to us, "Cecile's liver condition isn't good. She'll probably need treatment soon."
I let out a heavy sigh. I knew Cecile had been tormented by Juliana for ages, and perhaps all that anguish had gradually damaged her liver.
"We should arrange treatment immediately then. Even small health problems can't be ignored," Veronica said seriously.
"Absolutely. I've already discussed it with the doctor. We'll begin tomorrow. You two should go back now."
