Probably only I, Hiruzen and Jiraiya can enter, since we are allowed to. And maybe Zetsu.

During the time Kakashi spent guarding Kushina, she gave him access to the library, and wanted to teach him fuinjutsu.

I sighed and opened the main almirah, and scroll dropped. Kushina was really messy with her stuff huh?
I opened the scroll that had dropped, and was surprised to find its contents.
Sharingan seal!?
I read through the scroll, and realised that Kushina must have prepared this for Kakashi to give him after Naruto was born.
He wouldn't accept it normally, so the occasion of Naruto's birth was the perfect for gifting him this.
I sat down on the floor, and started reading it properly.
There wasn't really explaination aside from the handsigns, since Kushina herself was going to explain it.
I lifted my headband and engraved the seal's design into my mind.
Then, I created a Shadow Clone to test it out.
It followed the 213 handsigns, and gently pressed his hands on his Sharingan.
Fuinjutsu seal of the same design as the scroll appeared over his eye, and then compressed into a three tomoe pattern over his eyelids.
"...The chakra drain really disappeared... No. It's there, but very minimal. Though I can't open my eye as well."
The clone muttered.
Now, to turn off the seal...
... It's not really explained.
"Try to send chakra into the Sharingan."
As the clone did three tomoe pattern combined into a single dot, and the clone opened his eyes. The Sharingan was active and chakra drain reached back to the rate it was before.
As for turning the seal on again, thankfully the handsigns were given.
While focusing the chakra in his Sharingan and keeping his eye closed, the clone did Ram—>Monkey, and the seal was back from a single dot to three tomoe.
So this seal really works!
I dismissed the Shadow clone, and applied the seal on myself.
And the moment I did, I felt a strange relief. As if I have finally gotten rest after overworking for completing my assignments.
He turned the seal on and off, and it was working as intended.
Though the drain doesn't stop fully when the seal is on, it is so less that it is barely noticeable. And turning the seal on and off takes a bit of chakra, somewhere around a C-rank ninjutsu.
Still, a whole lot better than constant chakra sucking. That not only seems to take more than half of his chakra even when not in use, but also makes him constantly tired.
'Thank you Kushina. I will make sure that Naruto is well taken care off.'
Right now, Naruto will be in orphanage. So giving him the cradle that Minato-sensei bought...
I should try to get Naruto adopted for his beginning years instead of rough orphanage.

I can't really take care of a small baby. Maybe after he has grown up a little, maybe 5 or 6. But he can't take care of a small baby.
And I can't really rely on Hiruzen. If Hiruzen could, he would have adopted into the Sarutobi clan. Or maybe he just didn't want to.

With that thought, he put back the scroll, locked the library and Minato-sensei's house, and left for the Hokage Office.
