"Because the Collectors are coming for her regardless," Mira said, looking directly at Aria. "They have been watching, just like I have. Waiting for a moment of weakness. Your uncle's illness was noted. Your pack's defenses are strong but not impenetrable. And they have resources I cannot match. Money, connections, magical tools I have never seen before."
"When?" Nessa demanded. "When are they coming?"
"I do not know exactly," Mira admitted. "Soon. Within weeks, maybe days. They work in teams. One creates a distraction, others grab the target in the chaos. By the time you realize what is happening, your Little Luna is gone."
