Aria approached the healing house, where a young woman who looked close to exhaustion was trying to tend to multiple patients simultaneously. She looked up when Aria entered. Hope and wariness mixing on her face.
"If you need healing, you will have to wait," she said. "I am backed up by at least three days."
"I am a healer," Aria said, showing her insignia. "Pack Healer from Moonvalley, traveling through. I can help with your backlog if you will accept the assistance."
The young woman, she introduced herself as Mira which made Aria hide a smile at yet another name coincidence, looked like she might cry with relief.
"Yes. Ancestors, yes. I have been drowning here and the town council keeps saying they are looking for another healer but that takes time and people need help now."
"Then let us help them now," Aria said.
